I have heard it only effects 13th and 14th gen Intel CPUs. I personally haven't experienced it since I'm still have 8700k😅. But I have friends that have experienced some problems like hiccups.
Better just staying away from intel for now. Hopefully they get it together soon.
I saw a lot of hiccups in games on 14900k, but usually disabling E-cores help.
Slowing down the p cores helps too but we didn't pay for this reduced performance.
if you believe that Intel is going to have a fix in a month you need to buy from me too.
