Chess Records? Live 1940s club performance? Oh wait it's in a modern mall setting. Sweet sweet playing / singing by Tommy and Nico. Why people are riding the escalator and not paying attention is near unfathomable!!! I was there I'd be right in the front. This is the blues people!
Camera perspective is focuses on Tommy & Nico as well as my Nocturne amp :). Thats the packing house in anaheim and the stage is set midway between the lower and upper food/bar courts. so on the level above the stage its completely encircled by people watching, as well as those below watching. Also worth noting, the whole place is just food n brew w the stage, centric. ps.this was also during NAMM show week!
I don't believe they could have done in any better back in the day on Maxwell Street. And I know cuz I went to maxwell Street one about 20 years ago and many times in my teens and twenties. To me I really felt the magic Sam vibe in there..
Get yer ass to Kansas City's Knuckleheads saloon n play!...Damnit!!
I think that's the plan when Nico comes back here.
