And I was getting concerned that we’re in year 3 of our renovation 😂 looking forward to seeing the house and learning the outcome of your boat project 🤞🏻🤞🏻
Very excited to learn what projects you're up to. All sounds exciting! But my oh my how the time does fly! Can't tune in as much as when we were on lockdown but will make time to tag along! All the best! ❤
Hi!! Wow, so many nice things to come, very good! I'm still getting crazy at work here, but whenever I can I return to your boat videos, to keep my mind daydreaming :) Still haven't won the lottery to buy my Amel 50, but as soon as it happen I'll let you know! Your house seems to be a VERY interesting place/project and, from the little I know you both it certainly will be a very cozy place to live! All the best! See tou on the next videos!
Oh hell yeah, I'm really keen to get to know u all and the chalet sounds fantastic, well done, I'm sure it's absolutely gorgeous. Ur both looking well, if a bit tired, but hey that's life!!! We're all good down Under, but the better half has just had Achilles tendon surgery, so it's nil weight for 5weeks, I'm stil the Nurse, cook, cleaner, dog groomer etc, u get the picture😛🤣 But that's what those 3 words mean I💜U. Sorry but I am unable to be a patron, am doing it tough atm. Shame I really want to be a friend. Ok love u 3, be safe and take it one step at a time. So excited about the new boat, can't wait. U all deserve the best. 🏳️🌈💚oh yeah, come take me sailing PLEASE 😲puppy gorgeous, like ur little dump truck
All I can see is Amel 60 over your shoulders. I had a look at one up close in Greece this year. If only my numbers would come up, ah well, back to the old Contessa. Good luck to you going forward.
I love your channel it has been fantastic seeing so many yachts/boats I will never be able to afford.. but it’s nice to see… do you think you could also make content for the real person, that the everyday person can afford…they are also watching your videos… thanks cheers!…
Hi there, what do you have in mind? would you like us to take a deep dive into second-hand yachts? I have been looking for inspiration for what to do or change on the channel.
Hey.. thanks for getting back to me.. I’m in Australia so your channel definitely gets noticed all over the world… good on you both… well I have the goal of buying a yacht and go sailing around the world for my retirement. However never could afford the wonderful yachts you show.. maybe yacht that can be blue water sailing. Doesn’t have to be a blue water built but can be converted maybe..There is a lot of people like me looking for ideas… cheers Nic
Bloody hell thechange of titlewas a bit of a shocker to see just before bed time. 😅 Not sure how often ir if I will be able tosubscribe at all with Patreon though atlast, silver ullion is starting to move so NewSailboat Comes second, after bopefully sorting things out for my kid sister and young nephew, then things like Patreon Contributions will become possible. Best of luck with your Bouse Restoration, my favourite old buildings are pre Spanish Armada Oak Timber framed with the narrow Wattle and Daub Panels. So much Oak was used building the Fleet of Ships, Timber frame had to adopt the much larger Wattle and Daub Panels, or had between the Frames filled in with Bricks. The Ceramic Work production of Bricks, Tiles and piping provide an interesting insight too. Since Elizabethan Times, facing Bricks for example, only have a Service Life of 400 years, and about the good natural Slate period for if very clean air, using the existing Slates to ReRoof the Same building, and only losing about 10 % on a drage , of the Original Slates. The Firing Tenperature being too low, is why bricks only lzst r00 years, and as an Indus Valley Civilisation member of a Beaker People Tribe that Indus Valley Civilisation Bricks last for literally thousands of years, is Really intriguing, especially for descendant me -we later got Called Celts, Picts, Gauls, Gallegas etc. That the Bricks last so long, onfirms it seems a firing Temperature of bdtween 3,000 and 6,000 degrees entigrade, wbi h rather point to the Kiln being Fired by something like Plasma Gasification tbh, which is very recent Technology in the West by Westinghouse. A it of a Shocker really, to be pointing to such advanced Technology that far Back. Today, those Bricks are in Such good condition, that they get used in New onstruction. The Only Waste Product from Plasma Gasification? A High Temperature Fired sramic. Thats for scaring the Pants Off me by Saying You Are Qhitting. 😄🌟🌟🌟Bob. 👍❤
Hi Bob, we are happy for people to come along and join for free, not all the content will be paid and it will most likely be uploaded on UA-cam as well. We just wanted to see how much this might damage our channel. As you know we have been looking for a boat for a long time so it's time to flip a house or two and get some serious money.
@SVTONICBoatWives Careful not to Extend Financially Right now, as The Depression that is coming looks to be far worse than the 1930's Great Depression, or the 19th Century Long Depression, which will definitely include a Property Collapse both Commercial and Private - plus Boats, as Credit and the ability to Borrow Dry up . Ironically this looks to be precisely when the full Purchasing Power of Gold and Silver Bullion is Restored, and having purchased 20 kilo more Silver than I initially thought, which is sitting out of Reach of bloody Thieving Socialist Governments - I'm not actually Polifical, Na neither is Socialism - it is actually a Barking Mad Cult for Extremist Fanatics, which is why I quit being a Young Socialist. Worth pointing that out, so you know where I am coming g from - as a Constitutionalist - So while not being in a position to chip in right now, when things are at their worst, Silver should be getting better and better, and I should be able to help Out, plus get that Sailboat Order in with Jamie. I do have a Plan B, which is to get an Ex Charer Sailboat, either a Jeanneau SO 419 with a 5 ft 1 inch Draft, or a SO 410 with a 5 gt 3 inch Draft, as a tide me over, if needed, to get me to the BVI, to get things lined up for the Dufour 44, the SO's will only need a Mast Swap to a Low Airdraft Mast with in Mast Furling, so a Test bed for new Sails. the 419 has the better Draft of the two, but the elbow deck layout of the 410 with that forward Offset Pullman, may be worth the pain of a 2 inch deeper Draft. Still, I old well end up being spoiled for Sailboat Choices, and I just have to live long enough to be able to Choose. 😄 Best Wishes and Fair Winds. Bob. 👍🌟🌟🌟⛵️❤️
Goooooood luck to you three ❤
Thank you !
Wow. Would love to learn more about your house.
