You beat me to it i remember watching driftor indepth and seeing it had the same magnification as an acog which is why even though it has the same recoil as the barret 50cal you cant tell. Always thought it was weird.

4:16 I do get the impression that devs had no idea whether they wanted a 95 or 97, considering the shape of the magazine that generally seem to be similar to that of 95 mag, but with ribs like on STANAG one and that the magwell shape is in-between the 95 and 97 one
A bunch of more things wrong with the L86 in particular. :Rear sight is about 3x as large as it should be (should be contained within protective wings). :Rear sight adjust is on wrong side. :Rear sight tightening screws are from an M16 style carry handle. :Rear sight is mounted on what appears to be picatinny rail not the (almost) proprietary dovetail. :Rear sight has 2 cuts in its base instead of 1 (they just mirrored it in-game) but the back correctly only has 1. :Front sight base should be narrower on the left (they just mirrored it again). :Front sight has no adjustment screw. :Front sight has no locking screw. :Front sight appears to be a post instead of a blade. :Front sight wings should be slightly angled outwards. :Front sight is too tall (to match oversized rear sight). :Left side of weapon is just a mirror of right side (including ejection port), cheek piece should wrap around to the left. :No dust cover on right side ejection port (left side has one because, sure, why not). :No tab to open top of handguard. :Holes on barrel support should be round and there a lot more of them. :Where the barrel support is fixed to the barrel at the front is wrong (should go over flash hider). :No lug under flash hider to mount bipod. :Other than having 2 legs, almost everything about the bipod is wrong. :Bolt will lock open on last round (when not using a fictional AK drum). :Push through safety should be protruding on left side. :No trunnion wields on either side. Surprised they didn't mirror the cocking handle to make reloading easier, as they seem to have mirrored everything else. Not visible from the video but more than likely there is no magazine release to not-use, as it should be on the left, but in-game there is just a right side and another mirrored right side. Devs clearly only had the budget for half a gun to use as reference (and it wasn't the left half). Other than that, mostly ok.
i've done some snooping around, it seems the US military adopted the 338 norma not lapua also campaign M14 EBR is a sniper instead of M39 EMR and the MK14 lacks auto
1:11 the scar 16s or the scar L is pretty much not the scar L but the scar h because of the magazine, and it should hold 20 round not 30 if using that magazine
Extra sin for the AS-50: The sniper scope doesn't have the zoom level it should, it's magnified like an ACOG instead of a proper sniper zoom level

I chose the 97 because it seems like they just reused the STANAG mag from the M4 from MW2

I believe the CM901 modeled is the .308 version based on magazine dimensions. Yes there is a 5.56 and 6.8 variant but the one in game looks to be .308
The only sin on the Type 95 is the fact it's modeled after the Type 97 (5.56 NATO version)
5:32 the AWM's mag is a solid object, as it has no bullets.
I just realized that the L86 has two bipods if you look closely
and the ak47 in mw2 is just an ak74 with a modified barrel

Both MG36 (aka G36KV) and L86A1 uses AK drum mag

I don't think the MG36 holds 100 rounds in that what looks to seem like a 75 round drum mag.
Those transitions aren't cool, and sometimes we see just black screen.
That's strange, it wasn't supposed to be like that. It supposed to just fade like in my previous videos. It must've bugged out on editing.
