Our final video of the year is here. I'm super sad we couldn't do any demos this year but I assume next year CS2 won't have these problems. Hope you enjoyed the format anyway. Hope you guys all have a wonderful time fighting about your favorite players and more importantly having some time off to enjoy the holidays. Appreciate you all for making this one of the best years of my life, looking forward to running it back in 2024. And a special shoutout to vivid for editing tirelessly for us this year.

i couldnt open any demos in CS2 on my laptop :( stressed me out i tried everything but thought really hard about a good alternative.

I think Nertz might be in for a massive jump into the top 10 because he will most likely be the standout star for Heroic. The question is, will Glaive finally adapt to the game?

Hey lau, this year I didn't get to watch as much cs as usual but it's still a boon to see your top 20 videos, even if it's not the usual demo review and storyline recap.
On a side note: I'm super happy you kept going with your brand, I remember when it was just a clan tag way back when, mad props for your growth even outside CS, it's like watching an old friend make it, even if you don't know me at all. GLHF!

Zywoo is just insane, especially seeing his development, he's truly better now than 2 years ago.
And because he is so good, it kind of hurts me as true fan to see the wrong kind of praises. Listing Zywoos (incredible) amount of mvps just doesn't feel right with knowing a third was online. And both his first no1s (min one of the two) was more than debateable.
But that's hltv, everybody always forgets, that's only one site. Lots of analysts saw him behind s1mple and one year (can't say if 2020 or 2019) even behind Niko. Know zywoo is finally undisputed and I pray for this to reignite s1mples hunger, that's the best rivalry we ever had.

@@HaasTheFirst thats just wrong on every aspect LMAO, zywOo has the same amount of MVP than S1mple has and he was never ever close to Niko. Actually its the opposite, you re talking about 2021 where Niko had an insane last 3 months of the year, but s1mple and ZywOo do this for an all year, and when Niko got top3 this year a lot of people said that Niko ROBBED shiro to this spot and even Niko himself agreed with it. And when you talk about top1, all 3 top1 of zywoo are 1.30 rating and minimum 5 MVP everytime, thats better than s1mple for who one of his top1 (2022) is only 1.26 rating and 2 MVP. All 3 Top1 from ZywOo are always top level.
I was meaning, ZywOo has the same amount of ONLINE MVP as s1mple

Krimbo is on the way to become one of the best riflers in the game. His clutching or rifling i.g. is just insane. A big savior for CS in Germany. prosus is also doing well and you can see that people have a lot of hope again to bring up some new talents.

Shoutout to Launders for putting Cooper as an honorable mention for this years top20. Surely one of the best bald players out there,his style of awping is immaculate. It's pretty obvious that the Abadirs share some great genes full of counter-strike potential.
I think Apex should be on the top 20 at least tbh, was really suprised he xasn't as he is bye far the best IGL and made 3 different teams win major tournaments under him
It’s top 20 “player”, not top 20 most important players or something like that
Apex is still underrated as an igl but he's not individually top 20. That's not a slight on him either. Even when Karrigan gave Faze their best year ever, it was 4/5 top 20. Only glaive has done it once and he did it in the best team ever.
It’s about individual prowess. If not great IGL’s would always make the list.

What's your take on rain? Might be a bit biased, but I feel he at least deserved a honorable mention for being one of, if not the best support/opening rifler

Spinx def got some quick improvement when he has someone like apex to learn off of too
Spinx is like a Big Mac if Gordon Ramsey made it, an absolute classic but beyond good

Obviously the stats don't work that way but apex is my MVP this year. He's on the fast track to becoming gla1ve 2.0. He frags out every other game, his calling is genius, his leadership is the best in the game. You open the adr charts and he's got the highest with half the frags because his utility is underrated. Can't hold a candle to spinx and zywoo's stats but his impact is top tier.
