The Life of the Virgin Mary by John Geometres (published by Harvard University Press' Dumbarton Oaks Medieval Library) is another good book on the life of Our Lady. It comes with both the Byzantine Greek original text and a facing English translation along with some excellent notes.
It looks interesting! Great theological explanation! Are there any official books by the Catholic Church on the Life of the Virgin Mary? Are you doing any livestreams soon? Great video!!!
@@terrysbookandbiblereviews there are for sure. I am just not sure what the titles are. I don’t have any plans for a live stream at the moment but definitely possible
Do a review on the classic literature novel Ben Hur - it’s heavy on the gospels and Jesus Christ although the main character is a Roman pagan gentile named Ben Hur- (and it’s better than the film version) Thanks 🙏 You’ll enjoy reading the novel too imo
Great recommendation! I’ll read it ! Thanks 🙏

@@John-of5cc super cool! I love side by side texts
There is also a book called Mystical City of God.
I will look it up
@@ConvincedCatholicism there are two versions, a single volume abridged version and a four volume version

@@duromusabc familiar with Ben-Hur. Seems like a cool book. I will definitely consider it
@@ConvincedCatholicism it’s sort of like the conversion story of Saul the Pharisee to Saint Paul in Acts Of The Apostles
