I encourage everyone who wants to make daily prayer a part of their spiritual journey to follow the daily office. Whether it is from a contemporary or traditional source - and all sources were contemporary in their day - the daily office has been said and prayed for centuries. I think I’ve had Imitation of Christ on my shelf for many years but haven’t actually read it. Perhaps I should put that amongst the stack. Have a great day Brother!
