Yes, Michael Bilton plays Collins (The Butler) in Pyramids, and a Time Lord in The Deadly Assassin. On the novelisation: Lucarotti not only reinstated material from early drafts of the script, but also added brand new material from research done in the 20 years between the tv version and the book. So it's not simply a case of cutting down for the televised episodes. The book is different to anything that came before it, with more material than any earlier version.
This story is the "Off-Canon" story where its explained how the Doctor participated in The 3 and 5 Doctors. Fun stuff. Still Way Too Big of a Cast for me. I can't keep track of them all!
