This channel is growing because of the love the business owners have put into building a legit gamer experience at the game store and bar, but also because Sam is the perfect spokesperson. Her look, appeal, voice, and persona are very infectious
Absolutely awesome! I am 55 and hung out in arcades in the 'golden era' so this brings me tears of joy! You guys are fabulous! Would love to see you film at night when everyone is playing.
Thank you, Sam for keeping the retro arcade gaming scene alive. Looks like an amazing arcade. Better than any modern arcade that are just ticket game gambling halls for kids.
Honestly those ticket games that were popular when I was a kid in the 2000s seem more lost then the classic arcades. The cost and ticket output in the games relative to what you get is absolutely pathetic. Used to be able to spend a day playing and get a small or medium crash bandicoot plush, now you spend the same amount of ticket grinding to get a sticker or a key-chain...
@@vectoralphaSec and worth every penny! 🤑 haha such a buzz kill 😂. come tf on... I’d love to have a retro arcade in my area. Every town should have one 👾🕹️😊 (thanks for doing the math anyhow lol)
What a beautiful arcade!! It makes me so happy to see that places like these are providing communities with some of the best games, both old and new, for everyone to experience for the first time or 1000th time! Not just that, but also crazy affordable! $10 for all day access to all of the games shown today is an insane value. The last time I saw a $10 all day play was back in the early 2000's. I'd love to check this place out one day :)
wish i had a place like this nearby. &, i would gladly pay double that entry fee; as others have stated, $10 is quite the deal. Very cool, & all the best to you guys!
10 bucks to play Gauntlet all day! That’s worth it right there! I can’t tell you how many Rolls of quarters I used to put into that machine, for hours! Lol. That place looks awesome. I miss the old arcades, such a huge part of the 80s teen years.
Oh man Gauntlet Legends. Being 6 or 7 whenever I first saw that and being able to save your characters while also being 4 player was love at first sight!
I like that they don’t just have random vintage machines in there that they were able to get their hands on. These are legit fun, co-op friendly games.
I agree! I like that they have some all-time arcade classics mixed in with different experiences like rhythm games and consoles. That place looks awesome!
@@travisnorman Yep. Would’ve been easier and probably a lot cheaper to just stock the building with vintage machines with name recognition, but you can tell they put a lot of thought into the entire vibe of the space.
Yo, this is very rad ^^ Terminator 2 would be the favourite pick. For me it's the most nostalgic arcade game of all those. Fiancées fam is over there in y'alls area so we travel there often, so pretty glad I found out about this place and the game shop ^^
This is something I've always wanted to do ever since I was little, but never had the funds to do so. I even drew out a floor plan and an idea for a gaming bar/comic book store diner thing back in high school lol. This is so cool.
That place looks so awesome. Dating myself, but I grew up in the 80's, when arcade's were the 'thing'(I was obsessed with Punch-Out and wasted so much of my mom's money playing that). Sad that they are gone now, except for the select few places around like you have here, which let's folks like myself relive the AWESOME times we used to have back in the day, and introduce the younger generations of how awesome these places are. Wish I lived closer, but next time I take a trip down to your way, I'm gonna make it a point to drop by. Thank you for keeping places like this alive for all to enjoy!

But you guys got more than enough there for a damn good night. Awesome concept and business model. Wish you much success 🙏👍

WOW! Time to move to Florida! There was a dark, basement arcade with exposed pipes that I used to frequent pretty much every day when I was living in Japan in the late 80s. I spent more than $10 every time I went there (to be fair, cheap games were ¥50, and new games were ¥100, so it wasn't hard to blow through 10 bucks). This brings me back to that time and place. All the best for your success!! Retro rocks!
