    Doesn't the Domino have an adjustment to provide play by opening up the mortise instead of slicing the tenon?

      Yes the domino has setting for allowing play. But sometimes I find I need as little play as possible and the next setting on the domino to wide. So I shave a little from the tenon in those situations

    Good tip! By the way, that’s a nice Festool drill. I recently watched a video another YT channel about it because I’m thinking about getting it. Even though you did a video earlier that convinced me they are too expensive for what it is. Funny thing is.. Some guy named Robert commented that he had some regrets selling it.. maybe a topic for another video? ;)
