Is it right to say because integrals are basically just an approximation using step functions (with infinite rectangles) these properties must hold for any integral since any integral is like an integral of step functions of infinite rectangles ? Thank you!!
Die meisten Sachen decken die ersten zwei Semester ab. Aber ich habe mit Measure Theory and Function Analysis auch Videoreihen, die an ganz unterschiedlichen Zeitpunkten im Studium kommen können.

One can do the approximation and prove rules for the integral :)
