    I can't even express to you how grateful I am for your channel. I found you through the yoga for bigger bodies series. I'm in recovery for an eating disorder and it's so difficult for me to find practices that don't focus on toning, tightening, burning calories etc. The yoga we did while I was getting treatment in the hospital was exactly like the way you teach it and it has been a saving grace for me, especially during this lockdown. If you ever decide to include a support button for your channel, I would love to give back in any way for all that you have done for me.

    I love this mindful yoga session. I have been doing it for 4 days now. I want to continue with this for a few weeks because I like to be able to know what's coming up next and this is at a great pace for me. I like the pace of this, a bit of instruction but we (those who are not doing it for the first time) can still move while you're instructing the newbies. I'd love to have future videos where it is nice and basic like this but with no instruction at all and maybe in the title you could let us know (no instruction) or something like that. Sort of an intermediate type class. Thank You!

    Really helpful session - thank you. I loved that it was challenging in a completely new way for me yet totally accessible. Particularly liked the finger breathing tip at the end.

      @Lucy Usher, you're exactly right - mindfulness is a new kind of challenge. Glad you enjoyed it. You can use the breathing as an independent practice, too. :)

    I loved this! This helped give me some stretches and a little of excercise while relaxing my muscles and breathing, it was a little challenge at first, but after a while I was able to do well with the pace😊

    This video was so much fun, so relaxing 😌 at the end. This is what I was looking for. Will you be doing more of these? The flow was great 27 mins went by fast with you this morning. Thank you so much for taking the time to put these videos out for people. You should get a whole line of yoga items with your name on them to help support your channel!
    Also, Would you think about doing any kind of healthy food idea videos as well to complement the yoga?

    Any thoughts or suggestions for correcting wobbling when on elevated on toes for the extended sequence at the beginning of this practice? I can do tree pose and warrior B fine, so I don't think it's over all balance issue. Engage glutes and abs seems obvious and I can work on strengthening those more, I guess.

      Hi Rhonda, good for you for working on healthier habits. :) We have had students who've been able to reduce and even eliminate their blood sugar medications with consistent yoga practice. Please do keep your doctor in the loop about your yoga practice so you can make adjustments as needed. All the best to you!
