That "all 3 buttons" for bonus score is annoying, me does not like this, many of us on discord also said that. Will add that the button was obviously done to battle ghosting on keyboards and allow controller players for easy "all 3 buttons" too. There is no good reason to also make the use of the button affect the score, not to mention that if anything it should give less score (not arguing that it actually should, I think it shouldn't affect score at all).
I disagree. Hitting all three directions isn't hard on controller if you're using both thumbs. I see down as just a "special move" either way. It's like casting spells in CotND: not necessary, but beneficial in the right context.
I'll agree until someone I'm competing with has marginally more points than I do XD (I wouldn't ever use the down key personally, it feels cooler pressing all 3)
I've been enjoying the demo so much, I just wish there was some sort of tutorial for the half note/counterbeat/offset ebemies to the beat, caught me super offguard and took me like 6 attenots to figure out what was wrong
I don't like the idea of the button to mash the three notes for additional punctuation, because there are players who play as if it weren't there and mash three keys at once
I'm hoping all these shorts means a release date is soon 🤞
probably just a alpha/earlyaccess release at best
