I did it today twice as my 1h planned workout for a day It's really great and I was happy that i can actually do this becaue I tried a lot workuts but mostly failed because I couldn't do the moves and was really hard but this time was different I'm going to stick with these workouts and also use other simple workouts like this rom you And I was really sweating a lot Thank you
