    I've exercised to lots of videos over the years, starting in the '80's, but to me, Jenny's are among the best. Easy to follow and effective. I love the indicator that show the percent of completion.

    Wow! That wore me out!!! I liked the new moves and they were challenging. We need those small intervals of challenge because I think our bodies get used to doing certain moves. Thanks Jessica for another winner!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

      Jenny Ford Just finished trying out this workout. I LOVE it!!! You have incorporated many varieties of cardio moves that are not only interesting but also targeted at both upper lower body. I feel this is the right pace for me - not too hard on my joints yet at the same time enough to keep my heart pumping and both my upper and lower body working. Oh I love the lunges too and the occasional cardio bursts too ! Great job, Jenny!!! :)

    I just did this workout again and I absolutely loved it. I have more energy and it made me feel good. This workout is perfect for those who are trying to work on strength and balance gradually so it doesn't exhaust you. Thanks again Jenny!!!!

    finally ,mrs Jenny only your workout made my legs slim only yours I have tried a lot of different exercises on youtube like hitt for example and I always ended up with bulky legs, thank you

    Thank you so much for showing us a modified version of some of the squatting moves. We people with weak knees want a good workout, but we can't always do the deep knee bends. We appreciate being included in this great workout!

    I love your videos Jenny! Makes it way more fun to excercise! I lost 5 kg last month by eating right and excercising with your videos!

    a nice workout to do in between hiit workouts (that leave me gasping for air lol) and I still burned 227 calories in 30 minutes! not too shabby!!

    With all love and respect. Am grateful for these videos. I with the instructors understood they don't have to talk the whole time. It distracts from focus on our body in the workout.

      Jenny Ford I finally could try the routine out. It was soooo enjoyable: chock full of nice variations I got to the end of the wo in no time and in a great sweat. I so like your walking routines, because I always exercise barefoot, so it's really good for my joints to get LI moves with a peppering of friendly HI ones. TY!

    too difficult to follow. you assume everyone knows the moves and don't give enough time in between moves to adjust

    When counting Jenny doesn't make it clear when to switch to the next move. So, I often got disoriented because of that. I felt frustrated most of the workout. Also some of the moves felt wrong and were threatening my back. I didn't like it.

    They are good but this one I did not like. Was hard to follow. If your.back up couldn't follow then that should tell you something. She will what she's doing AFTER she does it
