Jenny Ford Just finished trying out this workout. I LOVE it!!! You have incorporated many varieties of cardio moves that are not only interesting but also targeted at both upper lower body. I feel this is the right pace for me - not too hard on my joints yet at the same time enough to keep my heart pumping and both my upper and lower body working. Oh I love the lunges too and the occasional cardio bursts too ! Great job, Jenny!!! :)

Thank you so much for showing us a modified version of some of the squatting moves. We people with weak knees want a good workout, but we can't always do the deep knee bends. We appreciate being included in this great workout!

Jenny Ford I finally could try the routine out. It was soooo enjoyable: chock full of nice variations I got to the end of the wo in no time and in a great sweat. I so like your walking routines, because I always exercise barefoot, so it's really good for my joints to get LI moves with a peppering of friendly HI ones. TY!

When counting Jenny doesn't make it clear when to switch to the next move. So, I often got disoriented because of that. I felt frustrated most of the workout. Also some of the moves felt wrong and were threatening my back. I didn't like it.
They are good but this one I did not like. Was hard to follow. If your.back up couldn't follow then that should tell you something. She will what she's doing AFTER she does it

too difficult to follow. you assume everyone knows the moves and don't give enough time in between moves to adjust
