25 years ago I was an aerobic instructor, and this type of workout was my thing! Fast forward 25 years later and 45 pounds heavier, this is exactly the workout I've been looking for to get myself healthy again. Thank you Jenny for knowing how to call out the moves, too!! It makes such a difference in the workouts, when we know what the next move will be, before it happens. So few instructors know how to do this, and do it as well as you do. For me, it makes the workout, as I don't feel like I'm always playing "catch up" with the moves throughout the workout. I can really get into and enjoy the workout, as I know what move is coming up. FINALLY a low impact workout with upbeat music. I have been searching low impact aerobics for quite some time, but they are so so dull because of music. Thanks I enjoyed doing this a lot. Though I wished it had more of different kind moves (like Jane Fonda low aerobics workouts). Plus I really enjoyed the subscribe which came at the start...😄

Hi Soraya, I filmed this workout 4 weeks after giving birth to my 4th son, so yes, you see a little belly on me. ;) I was so happy to get back to filming, even though I had a little newborn. Glad you enjoy it!

Little update. I've since lost 43 lbs. Thank you SO much Jenny. I've never had this much success before in my weight loss journey. Not only am I doing a step workout in the mornings before work, but I love to finish my days with a little aerobic workout. I feel amazing.
smaira rana, this is definitely a lower impact workout. I would check with your health care provider first before starting any exercise program, and as always, listen to your body. But, yes, this is a low impact workout, easier on the joints, and a great place to start for beginners, or those just starting out.

Your workouts are abit different which helps motivate me otherwise it can get too monotonous. Can you just tell me what the tune is to the cool down at the end please?
