Your first bench looks like the same bench, that I had in the late eighties/early nineties. It was an Excel or Rocket/Excel Triad Bench. The two-inch by two-inch tubing Triad was an all-in-one bench. Adjustable Olympic flat bench/incline bench, with a leg extension/leg curl attachment, huge flat bench fly attachment, and also had dip handles. I learned, that anything build for more than one purpose, is not going to be as sturdy as something built only for one purpose.
I had the DP (Diversified Products) sand weights from the mid 70's. All those products bought back some cherished memories, of working out by myself, in my dark one light bulb dungeon garage gym.
I have since moved up to Excalibur 304 High Polish Stainless Steel fitness equipment. Do you allow your other family, or friends to share your basement gym? I share my upgraded garage gym with about 60 other friends, and family. We are open from 5:00 am to 10:00 pm. Seven days a week, including holidays. I realized, when starting my garage gym, not everybody has the money to join a commercial gym, or the starting upfront costs for a garage/basement gym.
You have a very nice basement gym with a lot of commercial equipment, and I hope to see more updates on your future garage gym. I would recommend a set of Power Blocks adjustable dumbbells. Take Care.
Nice to see someone else who came up with the DP concrete. Me and the wife are the only ones who use it, as the rest of the family are lazy. I’ll keep getting more equipment as long as deals are to be had. Equipment now is at a premium. I appreciate the knowledge in the comment.

Decent set up and equipment. The deals have been stingy. Most of my equipment is from Marketplace
Gym equipment prices have remained steadily high for a while now. I got 2 pieces from Marketplace. Hopefully prices on equipment will drop, doubt it though.
