My favourite piece of gym equipment is probably my adjustable dumbbells…my Ironmasters go all the way to 135 pounds each ( so I’m still growing into them)….also loving my cheap squat rack. It does the trick for me 🤣.
Wow! I didn’t know there were adjustable dumbbells available that went over 100.
@@CamberFitness the Ironmasters start at 75 pounds…and I got the heavy handle kit (adds 15 pounds per hand)…and then the 120 pound expansion (which is 135 because of the heavy handle kit)…they do have a 165 pound expansion too (180 with the heavy handle kit)….but I won’t need those for a while (heaviest I’m using now is 105 pounds for a couple exercises). It’s not cheap…but way less expensive than buying the individual dumbbells (and my wife likes the fact it takes up a lot less space ;) ).

😂 thx! I actually did start skating again a couple weeks ago with my kids when I found out a new little skatepark was just built a couple miles away. I posted a short of me doing a double kickflip. 🛹

Wait. you glossed over the fact that the rack doesn't let you do flat bench with the safeties. I was literally just looking at this rack, thinking of buying it. But that is a MAJOR deal breaker. you mentioned that you could kind of leave the safeties angled but just sounds like you don't bench press in the rack, Do you just dumbbell bench press?
I have the same rack and spotter arms. I swapped out the lower bolts for shorter ones that are inserted inside the upright. It was a bit fiddly to do, but now the bolt heads are inside the upright and don’t interfere with the safety arms. Love this rack.
I do barbell bench press in the rack, but I literally never thought to try using the spotter arms at a slight angle until recording this video. The last two weeks I have been using them tilted at a slight angle, and it works just fine like that.
Can you provide a link for the type of hardware you used? I’d definitely like that try that out.
I use a landmine nearly every workout!

How did you not fell to mention Rogue and flash Rogue’s web page? Then skip over the name of the belts used, the bar locks/clips, pull-up assist strap for working abs, bars used, bench. LOL You must have thought that Rogue charged too much for the deadlift platform. They do customize. Then you would have your brand and Rogue’s brand together!!! LOL Just kidding. Great set up!!!!
Yea, I’ll have to go back through the description and leave links for all my main gear. I was a bit surprised how quickly this video got picked up by the algorithm. I have separate videos on a lot of my other gear too like the belt, platform, and some others.

@acecool72 awesome! I’m actually putting out a video on that exact machine in a couple days. Only downside to me was the range of motion on the leg press, but I found an easy fix to make it better!
