    Agreed with the point about people buying an overbuilt power-rack, unless you squat more than 600 you probably dont need anything more than a 2x2 rack

    If you’re interested in getting more weight on the sled there is a company called weight it out that makes really thin 45 pound plates. They do cost a premium though. I recently bought a bunch of their Ten pound plates for dumbbells and now my 4.5 in dumbbell sleeve can hold 5 tens and a collar where as it used to be 3 and a collar. Worth looking into but again super pricey

    Lovely gym. I would suggest you sell your rack and smith machine and get a combo like the force USA G 12. Then you would have more space to add another machine.
    Also I did not see a leg extension/curl. Bodysolid does an amazing prime version. They are two movements I feel are needed to build legs.

    I've got bodybuilding gym. Will start with non bodybuilding - sauna, Peloton, Rogue battle bike and treadmill. Rack ohio bar, Rogue Kabukki Transformer bar, Rep Open Trap Bar, Baadass dumbells for over 100lbs and Trulaps adjustable for 8-92. Dual cable Athena in rack, Bells of Steel leg curl/extension and my favorite Titan Squat Max MD which is the best leg machine EVER invented added 25% strength and 2+ inches to legs in last two months. Then I Ruck after leg day with 45lb's in GoRuck bag.

  • @thsizzle8272
    @thsizzle8272 9 місяців тому

    As some one who does calisthenics I cant help but laugh a little inside at all these machines. You can do most of that stuff with some rings and a pullup bar, might not be as fancy but it sure is effective. Rows, tricep extensions, hamstring curls, chest flys, chest press/pushups, pelican curls, face pulls, dips, the possibilities with rings are endless and to use them you only need to spend 50 bucks, 25 for rings and 25 for a pullup bar to hang them from. I feel like the versatility is way more than any gym machine or combination of gym machines. You seem to have really specific machines you like but for most people you can do 90% of your workout between a door frame. Heavy lifts from the floor like squats and deadlifts are about the only thing you cant do with rings and a pull up bar.

  • @Jan-te2oi
