Thanks very much. Using the tape in this way has really helped me start to get back to running pain free. I'm not quite there but this is definately helping. As you say. Taping doesnt solve a sore knee...that needs the physio and foam rolling and stretching. But this technique on taping means you can run as part of your rehab. Thanks again for uploading

I will try this. My knee had an alignment problem before, but it worked without pain. I would sometimes have to push what felt like cartridge back under knee if my quads were too loose. A month ago. I had to quickly jump off a hoverboard and felt a jolt in my knee. I recently began exercising, light extensions, lighter leg press, and leg curls using Life fitness commercial equipment. My patellar grinds more, sways as I extend. If I had some way of holding it in place as I strengthen it, I believe it would pull right again. Thankfully, I don't have a great deal of pain, just more grinding as I extend. This may be a solution. Thanks

Little late to this. I’ve had bad runners knee for a good 2 weeks now ever since I started running again. Haven’t ran in 2 years and I guess my body, especially knees, started to hurt whenever I would run. It was like something was stabbing my lower knee and it would go away after my body was warmed up. I’m going to be buying tape later on today in hopes it’ll help me since my knee braces aren’t helping at all in my opinion. Gonna get a rad sun tan

I have had an impact trauma to to top of my patella and also have previous rubbing and bruising around where my patella and femur meet, will this type of taping help stop some of that rubbing by keeping my patella away from the injured area and my femur? I am thinking if my patella stays a bit further down it will help with pain. what do you think?

I’m a football player that worries so much about my performances , I got my ligament injured I was asked by the doctor to wait for 100days, I just can’t,to me football is not just a sport it’s life. I started using knee pads but I realized they do compress my knees which results to more pains and I can’t even control well the ball. My knees also get knackered easily. I read about knee taping and I think it’s the right choice. My questions are after knee taping, can I play football? will taping enhance my knee strength and easiness? Thanks 🙏

    • @Rohan-st8lm

It is better than compression but in the end you'll have to look for some treatment or in the long run your knees might be affected badly since kt tape is temporary solution not permanent
