- The walls of our home are built with webs of literal steel. Barron and James go on a 53 hour road trip to and from Oregon to pick up a new saw mill. We stack block after block to prepare for the next challenging step of building our own concrete tiny house.

The good part of more videos would be a historical record of daily build. Right now every single step is fresh but it might be a blessing to you to have more videos of the build as years fly by. Of course do what works best for you. We greatly have enjoyed watching y’all achieve your dreams💞
Whatever fits in your schedule is important but I'd prefer more videos that are shorter and less editing. Good luck as you continue a wonderful build.
I really enjoy this. Most videos I’ve been seeing are of homes already built. I find this very helpful for building expectations. We’ve been planning to build our house and this has been sooo helpful!

I agree with Baron 100%. I'd rather see more less perfect editing. We watch bc were interested in the process not bc Elsa edits so well (you really do). But with that said do what your time allows and makes y'all happy

Very heavy work--gives muscles time to recover. My father did this concrete block work and it broke his body.

I like the editing. Don’t have to see everything, more the story and feel of the journey.. I’m hoping to see a mural at some point in the house when you have walls of your own. I don’t mind longer videos, it keeps me inspired to continue to sharpen my skills and better my self. It’s always a good day when a video comes out!
Is the rebar in the walls embedded into the foundation simultaneously? Maybe you should put up some internal cross beams where the ceiling will be to reinforce the entire structure walls so they won't cave in or fall before you make them 2 stories?

If editing the videos is the part you find fun, then edit and post when it is finished. For me, I watch because I enjoy your content (editing included!) Not because you post every week. I feel like making videos just to get them out every week goes against every reason why I watch your channel. Continue to do what makes you guys happy 😊

More videos less edited gets my vote. I like long videos. Though your editing is top notch. You can get back to the more heavily edited videos after the house is built.
I really appreciate the artistic creativity shown in the editing of the videos, Elsa you really are very talented. With as much content as there is on youtube and just content in general, I think NOT having content every day or even three times a week is worth the indulgence that comes from the cinematic nature of your videos, even if it's less frequent :)
I'm amazed at all the cinderblocks, rebar and concrete that this house will be made of. I cannot imagine any kind of weather that could take this house down. It will be nice to see upon completion and watch you furnish it. Sitting by the fire on a snowy winter day, you can sip wine and reminisce about all the work that went into it.
Love the dynamic between Baron and James. Ultimately, it's your call as this is your creative process. However, I'm ABSOLUTELY here for longer form videos - I love watching any and all content you guys post, I'll watch it all!

I enjoy the editing but I also love the longer videos I'd say personally do what you need to do to keep your life in a steady place if that means longer videos for now then do it because you can always go back to doing things the way you want to do them when everything is settled in a good place either way we'll be here to watch whatever you put out 💙💜💙💜

I think it's very important to show how much time it takes to build a house. There's nothing wrong with video with longer shots. I think it really gives truth to what the project takes not just a half hour and wham bam we're done look at our beautiful house. Y'all are doing a great job and congratulations❤️
I can't get over how fast the house is coming up. It's going to be great it definitely looks like a mansion compared to the cute little Scamp LOL I love it. I love your videos they are always pretty but you can put any old video on here and I'll watch every single time. So we won't miss out on seeing the house getting built. I enjoyed this video. I say just post when you can, your editing is why I like watching your videos and of course watching you all interact learning and having fun. Inspiring many.
I like your editing and I recognize the element of skill and craft in it. But I would sacrifice it if it meant more videos or longer ones. I am interested in your lives and activities more than I am in highly edited videos.
Especially now, at this stage in your lives and building.
Just this little tidbit about how the editing goes is priceless. Is more better? Is less more? Do we expect a vid precisely on Wed. because we want one? The pace of vid production is a record of how much work is going on it's self. You guys are real. It could get realer.

Elsa, you're an artist. Not all UA-camrs are artists at your level. I think you need to edit to the extent that it feeds your soul, because that is the whole point of having the lifestyle you and Barron have. Some things need to be done, true, but editing is really under your control. Why not take advantage of that?
BTW, I love love love all the spots with James and Barron! He may be my favorite male partner with Barron!
