There is something about this young man that screams he is a person of integrity. His whole testimony and demeanor tells you he has something the Murdoch's could never acquire with all the money they earned and stole and committed fraud to enjoy in their quest for the "better" life. The average person, who has none of the glory and status these pillars of the community they live in have; is of a character and goodness that usually goes unnoticed and unrewarded in one's community. My hat is off to this young man.

This guy answers the questions straightforwardly. Alex couldn't answer a question without repeating the question first, mixing it up, diluting the substance of it, then answering his own questions that he altered as substitutes to the prosecution's questions.

Individuals that have no problem railroading others find things like integrity, decency and morals to be a joke. Meanwhile here he is with his integrity and morals (with evidence for days), while the culprit is on display for their works. I truly believe Alex had a direct hand in Miss Gloria's death. How coincidental that she "trips and falls", in Alexs' house. Alex finds her, she is able to tell him that she tripped over the dogs, though she was never able to communicate to anyone else (EVER). Alex tells her son at her funeral that he will "file a claim with his insurance company", then he proceeds to keep the entire $4+ mill that was awarded Glorias estate. Strange coincidence? IDTS. He killed her. No doubt in my mind.

It's so crazy, it has my undivided attention. The average person would think, nothing like this happens on a day to day basis. Yeah right! Most unsophisticated 👀 individuals can't prove it and if they can, they have tonrun themselves ragged and invest everything into exposing behavior that's pretty much already known amongst those that you're presenting your claim to and lawyers alike that may not even want to take your case, as they would be exposing themselves. Pretty much a joke on all levels. But looking at this outcome pretty much reveal how shrewd Life really can be. Although alot of folk tend to believe they are the shrewedest, full of craftiness and "clever". Their ways don't come close to what Life can do and coordinate, effortlessly. This level of ugly didn't haphazardly happen. Not at all. Because every step he took/did not take and every choice that he made/chose not to make, led up to his entire Life being exposed by way of those murders. My understanding is that boys got more money only on paper. The young man has not received a penny. The attorney is either stupid (if he thinks the jury will be persuaded that Alex did the boy a real favor) or he's up to something. This same defense attorney also tipped the jury off to Alex making up the story about the dogs on the stairs in order to file a large insurance claim so he could steal from the boys. This also suggests that the defense is either really stupid or up to a tricky something that will come out later.

It's peculiar when pompous attorneys with garbage for souls attempt to make witnesses look unsophisticated. This young man likely has more class than this lawyer has probably ever been in the vicinity of in his entire life. I definitely believe there's more to the story behind his mother's death but unfortunately we'll never know.

My theory is that AM KNOWS the law, however incompetent he appears to be now, and he set this up to work out just as it did. He causes her injury, probably busted her over the head to cause the fall and medical probably saw the head injury as a result if the fall and not the cause, and AM aka Diablo went on and filed this claim and his deviance wouldn't even allow him pause to compensate these two young men who had lost their Mom probably at the hands of Diablo....allegedly

AHole. He apologized, kissed the Judges butt when his objection was sustained and asked some kinda stupid questions imo but then mocked the boy for not understanding and HAD to look back at his team for laughter because he just misunderstood. I've never wanted to smack an elder in my life until now. I hope they lose. AM and his lawyer BOTH seem like Aholes and jerks and you know the saying birds of a feather. You can be a great lawyer and not do what he did. 🤦‍♀️

omg … just when you think things can’t possibly get any worse with this story … we now discover Alex has at first befriended & supported grieving family of his housekeeper of 20 yrs, only to later collude with 2 other lawyers in ripping this family off millions of $ … and after saying he would take care of this boy and his disabled brother … didn’t even hand over the initial $100k first promised to each of these boys … speechless

Sad thing is, this "super" lawyer acted like a total jerk and is ignorant beyond belief because he thinks his jabs make him look good. NOT! He just revealed who he really is in his heart and it is not pretty or nice. Whoever laughed at him mocking the witness should be ashamed of themselves as well.

Poor guy. It's really heartbreaking to see this. He's nervous - visibly shaking. Not as sharp or privileged. Then Alex takes advantage. Did he Alex kill the housekeeper for money? All of this started to unravel after Paul's boat incident. Did Alex do this?
To think his mother worked 20 years for this family. Sad ending. ,😥

It comes from you and I and everyone else paying enormous insurance premiums from homeowners insurance to car insurance to medical bills were all paying out the ass because of Frivolouslawsuits by entitled people wanting to cash out off their relatives passing that in most cases was no one’s fault. It’s stupid. And now you want to give them MORE money? A lifetime of sitting on a beach drinking margaritas and buying anything their heart desires isn’t enough? Get Real!
