Price is almost the same as the V8 Lt1 Camaro he reviewed. V8 hold their retail value more but gas mileage takes a hit. Had a couple of V6 Camaros and loved them. V8 has a 3.5s 0-60 time vs the V6 5s time.
V6 in a Muscle Car ( Crickets Crickets ) ☠. Don't get me wrong or nothing Joe but I kinda do like the sound & not at the same time 🤔😵. Would love to see a 2019 Dodge Challenger R/T Scat Pack Manual or Automatic 1 day 🙏🏼❤. Thanks Joe.
Except the Chevrolet Camaro trophy case is much much bigger than anything from Dodge. Dodge completely went away from muscle car building during the mid seventies. And pretty much stayed away from that for almost thirty years.

Edelbrock makes a supercharger for the V6 that’s 50 state legal (you cannot install turbos on these cars that I’m aware of) and makes it faster than the V8 so that RS 1LE with more power sounds fun
Why void your warranty by adding a $3,000 -$5,000 supercharger, when you could of just spent the added $5,000-$10,000 and bought a V-8 in the first place?
A Stanton1966 it’s not for everyone, the V6 feels significantly lighter to drive and even with the supercharger it gets much better gas mileage and costs less to insure. Having a warranty is GREAT though you have a point lol but if you get one used it’s a nice plus
I drive a Mustang V-6 and just when on Mafia Racing and watched him install a supercharger on a V-6. My head was spinning by the end of that video. With all those added parts, you are just asking for trouble. My recommendation would be to buy a V-8 and forget about the supercharger if you really needed those 100 additional ponies.
The current Camaro is a little too heavy for a NA V6 but the concept is good overall. I drive the OG BMW M2 which is similar in intent. If Chevy could add supercharging to the 6 then the whole picture changes.
CommanderMau9 I got you; If you want a big, fat, slow car that looks good and rides smooth it’s the perfect car for you... just don’t get it and expect decent performance as you will loose to things like V6 accords and Ford Fiestas
Smoked out lights. Oldhead. I get the biggest compliments on those rear lights. I see mustangs trying to have that look. 330 i 's 2020 come with smoked rear lights. Hip hop killed rock and roll a long time ago. 2020 new era look. Have to compliment chevy for something's they do. They don't do much. Peace
Why zonk heated and cooled seats not being there when you could of explained that this is a 1LT so you would have to step up to the higher trim level with leather in order to get those?

Thanks for saying that! Tom does a really great job!
Wow you did it. Thanks so much for doing this review.
Of course my friend! I really appreciate your support!
Nice car, sounds good & plenty of powah but I gotta go with the Eco HPP.......
This is 10k less than the ecobost performance mustang? Wth...
Where did the strut brace go? It's a handling package.
I guess Chevy felt it wasn't needed. I feel your pain about the price.
You can also mod a v6 to be faster than as SS while still maintaining the mpg, less weight and spending less than the difference of an SS, so truly, more for your money, this which i have done
Hey Man I think you are by far the most energetic and intellectual young tough Man anywhere on You Tube . What Watch are you wearing ? I owned a mint 1968 SS 396 Camaro back in my College days ( 1979 ) . Cheers. From Mississauga Ontario Canada 🇨🇦
That is so very wonderful of you to say Trevor. It's made by Elini Barokas.
Raiti's Rides OK Thank You Sir . I Will Look It Up
I have a X Cop friend who has authentic Rolex watches ... some are $50,000 or more . He has 20 or 25 in the collection .
A car this beautiful for $34k is zonk proof IMHO. 😀 The shock color looks yellow with some green it. Chics will dig this car. They’ll think you have money. Hopefully my wife won’t see this comment.
Thats a powerfull V6
It really is!
And it LOVES to rev all the way to 7k
" a little bit of gloss black for extra cooling " 🤷♂️🤦♂️
Also I LOVE the s.oked taillights
Great looking car outside with a terrible interior.... but I still would buy one, lol.
You can tell Rudy where they cut corners to keep the price down. Thanks for sharing your thoughts Rudy!
Same exactly car I have except the black hood. My hood is the shock color
Very cool1
Let’s get a “ZONKOMETER” going!!!!! that would be sweet
You are so right! I need to work on that Benny!
The V6 Camaro actually has a decent sound (a rolling sound campared to the mid 80's V6 Chevy Monte Carlo coupes)
You are so right!
Thanks for the review
If your concerned about the seat bolstering, just order the Recaro seats.
OMG😍😍😍 then it’s a beautiful v6. Take my money
I am so glad that you like this one!
Price is almost the same as the V8 Lt1 Camaro he reviewed. V8 hold their retail value more but gas mileage takes a hit. Had a couple of V6 Camaros and loved them. V8 has a 3.5s 0-60 time vs the V6 5s time.
Thanks for that great input Leo and for tuning in.
Pfft. This car offers a way better performance value than that budget lt1 garbage.
SS V8 does NOT have a 3.5s 0-60, its ~4.1s. You’re confusing it with the supercharged ZL1.
V6 in a Muscle Car ( Crickets Crickets ) ☠. Don't get me wrong or nothing Joe but I kinda do like the sound & not at the same time 🤔😵. U know Joe in every Mustang & Camaro video I always go to the 2019 Dodge Challenger R/T Scat Pack cause its the only true blooded Muscle Car out their & always has been that way since 1970 💪💪❤❤🤠🤠.
@@setdecinmotion6719 Yeah I know very long time
I know how you feel about this Jay. You know what they say, "variety is the spice of life." I will get that Challenger content hopefully soon.
This is very true.
@@RaitisRides Hopefully u can get your hands on a 2019 Dodge Challenger R/T Scat Pack Manual 👈 or automatic 🤔 in those beautiful unchanged classic colors from 1970 🙏🏼❤ !!.
You need to zonk that dealership decal on the back as well.
They will kindly take it off once it is purchased.
I love this car I have the 2021 I love it recaro seats all that
That is so awesome man!
@@RaitisRidesvery informative channel brother
I'm not a camaro guy but that is a nice looking car. GM continues dropping hints that this may be the last gen camaro. Sales aren't good at all. They killed it once before. Ford has never killed the mustang.
I totally agree with you!
Nice weekend knock around car.
This car is perfect only thing I'd do is opt for the stock recaro seats colored calipers get non run flat tires for better traction and blue exterior 😍... than auto cross it a lot lol
Good call Damion!
Did they ever make a 2lt or 3lt 1le? Wondering if you could get the V6 1le with options like blind spot monitoring.
Do a 2020 SS 1LE, I haven't seen you review any SS 1LE to date.
I am tracking one down. Stay tuned Roberto!
@@RaitisRides you're the man Joe... I have a 2018 in Wesley Chapel if you need it haha
U know Joe the funny thing is that the RS trim is not even on Chevy Build & Price sheet 🤣🤔🤔 ( What ).
LMAO!
Jay Patel Yes it’s in the Packages section.
@@LS1007 Oh really I'll have to check that out. Thanks.
Jay Patel NP😎
@@LS1007 Cool Beans 😎
Joe you don't need to get to the backsits you can just show them with the camera.
You don't need to hurt your self bro 😂
Thanks man I really appreciate that!
Just wondering if you plan on reviewing the new LT1?
I know NASCAR Cup is switching to the ZL1 1LE.
Nothing stock about a stock car. Just a bunch of stickers.
That does sound fun!
That is a great point!
I want one of these so bad.
You can do it Sean! Go after it!
@@RaitisRides currently considering a 2019 3LT for 38k CAD with only 5000 miles. Good deal?
@@chickenmuffin hey Sean what dealer was this at, when you were looking or talking about this one?
Hey joe. Maybe you should give it a Twinkie score?
That is a great idea Patrick!
Im gonna have to zonk that front end and neon puke paint
I can understand it isn't for everyone.
I love it. Usually dont like loud colors till now
Khari Manzini this color plain is a zonk for me but with that black thrown in it is totally BAD ASS
A good alternative to the new Supra, just needs a nicer exhaust that pops 😁
Much much cheaper alternative, that's for sure. Slower in a straight line also.
@@wbwayne8887 Yeah slower by a second but you save $15-20k. You get a manual. Plus could always add some power with the money that was saved 😉
Thanks for sharing your thoughts on this one!
Very good points.
Probably going to be more reliable as well.
This car is actually seriously very good. No one should buy a Z over this car. I am contemplating it but ill probably end up with an SS
Thanks for letting me share this one with you!
You can option Recaro seats
Hey Joe when can we look forward to the 2020 Jack Roush edition mustang
I should be seeing one at the LA Auto show.
I think ppl are looking for a big change in the Camaro so they won’t get discontinued
Nice color, also, R I.P. bird... 🙏
Thanks for letting me share it with you!
The black hood is the 1le badge you say doesn't exist
Joe what a up with all these camaro s. Stang boy
the 1lt v8 is like the same price so i don't think it makes sense to get v6 but I could definitely dig a v6 charger
The current Camaro is a little too heavy for a NA V6 but the concept is good overall. I drive the OG BMW M2 which is similar in intent. If Chevy could add supercharging to the 6 then the whole picture changes.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts on this Camaro.
It blows my mind that they don’t have a supercharged offering.
Damn the color. I call colors like this "Throwaway Colors".
It helps sell sunglasses!
Any chance you’ll review the 2019 challenger or 2020 when it comes out Dodge Challenger sxt? Haven’t seen a good review about one.
Peace
We need at Camaro 3LT RS review please. But nice review overall !!
I will get that one together for you!
Raiti's Rides awesome thanks !
Why zonk heated and cooled seats not being there when you could of explained that this is a 1LT so you would have to step up to the higher trim level with leather in order to get those?
