  • In this video we'll go through making a smoked buffalo chicken dip using a P10 Pro from Bradley Smoker. This is such an easy recipe and packs so much flavour, it's bound to be an instant hit!
    Here's the recipe!
    ===============
    - 1c Shredded chicken (I used leftover rotisserie chicken)
    - 8oz brick of softened cream cheese (I smoked mine before hand, here's the video on how to do it: • Smoked Cream Cheese | ... )
    - 1/4c Shredded cheddar
    - 1/4c Shredded pizza mozzarella plus a bit more for topping
    - 1c Sour cream (I used Fench Onion Helluva Good Dip, adds another layer of flavour!)
    - 1 Packet of dry ranch seasoning
    - Frank's Red Hot sauce to taste (1/4c is a good place to start)
    Mix all ingredients together in a sauce pan until fully combined and cheese is melted and smooth. Transfer to a greased 10" skillet and place in your smoker at 250F using your favorite wood and smoke until nice and bubbly (around 30-40min). Top with pizza mozzarella and place under your oven broiler for 1minute, spinning every 15-20 secs to avoid burning. Let cool for 5min and enjoy with your dipping chip of choice!
    Don't have a smoker? No problem! You can use your normal BBQ or even your oven!! As mentioned I smoked my cream cheese, which add another layer of flavour but if you're short on time or simply dont want to do that, just make sure you use softened cream cheese to make the mixing process easier.

    Nice video! How long have you had the P10? I am in the market for one, I read mixed reviews on the quality of this product, are you satisfied with the quality & performance of this smoker?

      I’ve had it for just about a year now. Compared to the older models this is far better in my opinion. Wider cabinet, faster recovery time after you open it and the wood bisquettes are covered which is nice in case of rain (or snow). If you leave it outside like I do, it doesn’t like cold weather much. I usually had to warm up the cabinet with boiling water or hairdryer any time it was colder than -20°C. Other than that, I think it’s a solid unit.
