What do you think causes the flesh to lose firmness? Is that from not bleeding it?
Prob a mixer of that and leaving them on the beach with the sun on them, I’ve got a video on bled and unbled this Sunday 👍
@@auslifeandy the other day I didn't bleed one, drove home 1.5hrs and it wasn't on ice, put it in the fridge and had it the next night, flesh was a little on the soft side but passable
