  • Home-Ground Flour cookbook - amzn.to/3uheoGs
    Our wheat grinder - amzn.to/3fF5XPS
    Quiche (1 casserole dish) -
    8 eggs
1 cup milk (of your choice)
    1 cup mayonnaise
Frozen spinach or other greens ( I use 24 oz)
2 cups grated cheese (of your choice)
    1 tsp salt
    Some pepper
Whisk together eggs, milk, and mayo. Add in the rest of the ingredients and bake covered at 400 degrees for 50 minutes… then uncovered for another 10 minutes.
Creamy Paprika Chicken (this is a huge batch)
    6 lbs skin-on chicken thighs
    Paprika
    Salt
    Pepper
    1 stick butter
    1 head garlic
    Mushrooms (or peas!)
    Loads of fresh spinach
    2-3 cups chicken broth
    3 cups heavy whipping cream
    3/4 cup cream cheese
Season chicken with paprika, salt, and pepper on both sides and fry in the butter for 3 minutes per side. Remove to a baking dish. Cook the garlic and mushrooms or peas in the remaining butter. Add in chicken remaining ingredients and cook until the spinach is cooked down. Add the spinach cream mixture to the chicken and bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. We ate it with potatoes! (And mashed cauliflower for low carb.)

@@KrystelSpell I WISH my mom had taught me these helpful skills, as an adult having to cook and clean for myself was a shock! I was lazy because she always did everything for me. Different doesn’t mean inferior! Have you tried to “make” a teenager do something they don’t want to do? Her kids clearly enjoy living like little house on the prairie bestie. Take your negativity elsewhere.

Thank you Sarah for giving us other mommas encouragement knowing we’re not the only mom exhausted in pregnancy, making messes with her kids and just taking one day at a time and enjoying the moments in between. Mom if 7 here...all 10 and under. I know I must remain consistent now so that they can grow up to be as awesome as your teens! 😍

Your discussion about coming home from church to a hot meal, ready to eat, reminded me of my childhood. Sunday dinners were usually special and I've always felt that it was an awesome act of love on my mom's part. That was over 50 years ago, and she's been gone over 20 years, so this video brought back sweet memories of those days.

🙋🏻‍♀️ Sarah, just wanted to share a tip to keep your oven clean. Just place a sheet pan under your baking dish, so if it does spill over you just clean the pan not the oven. Also if you line the sheet pan with aluminum foil you don’t even have to clean the pan. Hope this helps.

I have a tip for making a large amount of burgers:
Get 2 or more large baking sheets (like cookie sheets) and lay down a sheet of parchment paper covering the surface.
Scoop balls of ground beef onto the paper until the sheet pan is filled, leaving space between each ball for it to spread.
Lay another sheet of parchment over the meat balls, making sure theyre all covered. Then lay a second baking sheet on top, and squiiiisshhh the sheet pans together. Voila!! Burger patties!!!
Can do more layers of sheet pans and meat and then do the squishing for a larger yield.
Once done you can cut the paper between each patty, stack, and freeze.
If you have more layers you can do the squishing by standing on the very top layer of sheet pan and using your body weight, which was one of my faaaavorite things to do when I was younger 😊.
My Parents had a restaurant and we used to prep large amounts of homemade burgers this way!!!

We only use Fairlife milk bc my 9yr old has Type 1 Diabetes and Fairlife is much lower in carbs. She loves milk. I've never made yogurt, but I really want to. I would love to see a video using Fairlife to make yogurt.

2 of my kids and I cannot have milk with lactose. To us, lacose free milk is too sweet. Fairlife is not so sweet. You have to be careful with the 2% chocolate milk though. It has artificial sweeteners in it.

I was saying it gonna overflow!!! Lol, my mama always made big meals for our large family and she had a medium sized roasting pan with a lid. Some folks call it a turkey cooker. Well she loved it more than any pan she ever had and the reason was nothing overflowed and she didn't have to scrub the oven but twice a year, lol. Blessings y'all!!

Being pregnant at 50 is nuts. In my fifties I felt wonderful energetic and ready to take in the world. At sixty same thing now I’m 73 and life is not so good full of pain and losing ground really quickly. I can’t think how fair it would be for my child to have to live with this. My older kids who are now in their fifties have trouble understanding and that’s ok but a teenager ......

Fairlife milk is ultra pasteurized. When you do the boil method, which is what you are doing, you are boiling the milk to ultra pasteurized. ☺️ Then allowing it to cool down so when you add your starter (the yogurt) it doesn’t die from extreme heat.
What I do is buy the fairlife, yogurt, and nestle sweet cream (only creamer I use for sweetener), start it in the morning, set it for 9 hours, then put it on the fridge overnight to firm and cool. Yogurt ready for the next day that my kids devour.
Hope you get your energy back soon. ♥️

"Don't all small dogs do that?" all dogs do that. We call it a crazy run. We have some evergreens in the middle of our yard. Our golden doodle goes around and around it at a very high speed. I have learned to stand still and wait for him to finish so I don't get plowed down - it almost seems like their brains turn off and instinct kicks in.

We make our own pizza all the time, but found it's even easier, if when I make the dough, I spread it out on the pans and partially bake the crusts for about half the suggested time (I look to see the bottom is just slightly browned.) I then let them cool, and freeze the crusts. It makes pizza night that much easier because all we have to do is thaw the crusts, top them and in the oven they go for about 6-8 minutes until the cheese is melted.
