@@lanewallace. yeah it learning it was super difficult for me especially since I learnt only from youtube with no one to help, it was 3 days before I could finally solve it
i guess trying to take the base color photos of the Rubik's cube in an better environment would make the final scene less purple, your photos have too much blue and purple in it. but nice tutorial, keep it up bro
@@lanewallace. how to composite 3d objects around real footage. When the camera isn't really that still. And how to get that realism you know actually interacting with that objects.🤘
@@lanewallace. would also be cool if you could somehow make the cube have more realistic physics interactions like turning and stuff but like phisically based
I enjoyed this. Can you please tell me what did you change when you made the wee mistake plugging the bump node into the normal. I can't see where you fixed it or what you changed. Thanks
Oh I made a mistake with plugging the image texture into the normal of the bump node. I meant to put the image in the height of the bump node and put the bump node in the normal of the principled
Nice straightforward tut!
look who i found! THE SHOE MASTER :)
As a cuber and a cg artist this is great for me I have been cubing for 3 years it is a great hobby I got as far as 11 seconds avg
Wow that is very impressive and fast! I’ve tried before but it took me a very very long time lol

You are really underrated. Really awesome man. Please make a video on Compositing in blender.
Thank you! Is there any specific compositing tricks or anything you would like to know?

Alright I can do that soon :)

That would be pretty cool
Reflections from cube on table would make cube more realistic on video.
nice one bro thanks very much

Thank you! :)
The link is dead. Could you please reupload it.
Dayymmm mate good video but if you know any thing about character rigging then make a video about facial rigging like mostly eyes and mouth. Bruuhh
Dang thanks so much! I’m sorry but I have never even attempted to rig a face. But I am definitely willing to figure it out lol
but its hard to interact with it
What do you mean?
@@lanewallace. the cgi object in the motion tracking scene, make it and track it is one thing, pick it up amd interact with it is another thing
The one I picked up was the real one and the fake one just sat on the table because I didn’t want to deal with interacting with it
