I bought "Roc retinol serum capsules" (white ones) and they work! They ARE pricey, ($40 range) however, after one use, I saw results. (I use mine only once a week because I'm young and I want the bottle to last, but I'm sure others can do 2 or 4 times a week) I also like them because you don't need to measure it out or worry if you are putting on too much or too little. All you need is 1 little pod/capsule for both neck and face. I highly reccomend them if you can use retinol. (Not pregnant) Btw, I'm prone to have sensitive skin and it doesn't break me out or anything. (However, everyone is different tho and your skin will be different from mine)

The ones I've tried have an oily base and I get the feeling that if I put it before, the vit c doesn't have its full effect and vice versa: if I put h. a. after vitc it doesn't work because the oil doesn't let it penetrate... I am 23 old woman and I live in bangladesh.i have some question about skincare,any expert and knowledgeable person please answer my questions:(it's gonna be big,please read it fully) I am new to skincare.I have a dry but not acne prone skin basically I have clear skin but sometimes had Whitehead around nose. My skincare routine is at morning, sometimes I cleanse with Garnier sakura white facewash, and sometimes use just plain water as I have dry skin.Then I user toner and then use vitamin c moisturizer and lastly sunscreen. At night I use garnier miceller water ,then cerave sa smoothing cleanser and then toner ,then niacinamide serum and at last vitamin c moisturizer.thats it that's my skincare basically. 1.I am student and I sweat a lot and it's very common in our country in summer.So when get home from university in evening I have a sweat and dirt in my face.So my question is here do I have to cleanse my face with facewash and miceller water?? as I do skincare at night I use facewash in night . So it will be 3 time facewash. or I hold the dirt till night ??.And one thing also as I use sunscreen I have to double cleanse,even in the evening If I just wash my face with facewash , I have to moisturizer became I have pulling Feeling if I don't use moisturizer.So if I use moisturizer it clogged my pore, right?? because I don't double cleanse .And if I do double cleanse in the evening with SA smoothing cleanser and also at night ,it will make my skin dry , right?? Please, tell me what routine I should follow in evening and at night , what combination of products I will use in evening and at night?? any suggestions will do great help. 2. I want to use retinol.it is suitable for my age?? If yes,then which one I should choose as a beginner ??
You can use retinol Start with lower percentage of tretinoin tube you can get this at pharmacy and do a sandwich method (moisturiser-> retinol-> wait for few minutes for retinol to set and the. Moisturiser again ) Also use non stripping gentle cleansers for dry skin And if you feel like washing face i mean like when we feel that our face is tired, gone through so much today so dirty, sweaty, greasy then just wash it with normal water or if you feel like using facewash then use gentler one Thats it
I had the same doubt as yours I still have actually sometimes While i was reading it i felt like this is so me i had same doubts i was also confused like this So yea See if your face is dirty n sweaty then just wash with normal water you can use gentle facewash also i you wanna And if you dont want to do any of these washing face then just take blotting paper and dab it all over your face and re-apply spf. And at what time you’re probably talking about washing face if its like around 6 then just go on your PM routine with double cleansing n all that but. If it’s around 3 or something then just wash your face either with facewash or normal water If facewash then apply moisturiser n spf . It wont clog your pores

Sometimes It May involve trying a few gut the L’Oréal HA is water based and absorbs quickly if you want to give that a try. So is vichy M 89
