40 years old for reference. The Ordinary Granactive Retinoid is gentle enough for my neck and as effective as can be for my neck. I've seen so much improvement over 2 months using 5-7 times a week. I use tretinion on my face but that's way too strong for my neck. TO GR costs about 12 dollars and lasts approx 2 months. A tip for those looking for affordable skincare options. Also I apply all my other skincare (sunscreen, moisturizer, vit c, and copper peptides) to my neck. Hope this is useful to some! ,💕
I agree, sunscreen is critical. I also like Paula's Choice Intensive Repair Cream for neck care, but I also use this on my face nightly under tretinoin.
I know one tip for tech neck was to use an adjustable laptop stand so you can raise your screen and to held your phone and head up instead of looking down. I've seen some other derm/esty channels recommend products like OTC retinols like Olay or Neutrogena Rapid Wrinkle Repair or the pricier Medik8 Crystal Retinal 20. And neck creams like, Baebody Neck Cream, Dermelect Self Esteem Neck Firming Lift Professional Strength (one in a tube and one in a jar), Neostrata Triple Firming Neck Cream, Neocutis Neo Firm, Revision Skincare Nectifirm Anti-Aging Neck Cream.
SUNSCREEN 365 days a year on face, neck and chest! I also put on the back of my hands so I no longer have age spots at age 58 years old. I use minimum SPF of 50
When I drive, I pull down the visor. I noticed the visor doesn't block the sun on my neck/chest area. I have an oily/combo face, but my neck area is dry.

Thanks for the info Dr. Liu
I love the medicinal coat you put on CeraVe it's so funny 😄❤️
Where is the link to the treatment she mentioned she did? I don’t see it below as she said!
Do you think certain sleeping positions may increase neck lines?
I would love to know more affordable cream options
Any retinol creams like Olay and neutrogena or roc

What about at home devices using RF or microcurrent?
Can help as well it’s just not what I use
