    I think people don't realize how hard it is to finish this 10 minute workout at the same pace that Frank is doing it at. It's brutal.

    I wish this gentleman had (beginners series) videos to help those who have never been to the gym or are too weak to do strength exercises like these as well specially the correct postures etc to not get hurt. Ever since I found this channel I too want to try them but these are way too difficult for someone like me
