One Pot Unstuffed Bell Pepper Skillet

Hey y’all! Today’s video is a simple one pot dish! It’s my recipe for Unstuffed Bell Pepper Skillet. This dish is so easy to make and absolutely delicious! I hope you enjoy 😊
Ingredients:
1 1/2-2 lbs ground meat
2 bell peppers
1 medium onion
1 can petite diced
tomatoes
3/4 cups rice (rinsed well)
1 cup medium cheddar
1 cup mozzarella
16 oz chicken broth
2-3 tablespoons tomato paste
Garlic paste
Creole seasoning
Black pepper
Garlic & onion powder
Italian seasoning
