Ingredients
2 lbs ground chicken
3 large bell peppers, tri colored
1/2 green and red bell pepper, diced
1 small yellow onion, diced
2 tsp jerk seasoning
2 tsp all purpose seasoning
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 Tbsp brown sugar
Juice of 1 lime
1 tsp jalapeño pepper paste or 1 jalapeño, diced
1 tsp garlic paste or 1/2 tsp minced ginger
1 Tbsp garlic paste or 4 cloves minced garlic
1 Tbsp tomato paste
1/4 cup water
1 cup yellow rice
1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Fresh chopped cilantro for garnish
Jerk Aioli
1/2 cup mayo
1 tsp jerk paste
Juice half lemon or lime
1/2 tsp mustard
2 Tbsp sweet chili

Stuffed pepper is one the most traditional foods in Turkey. We do it a little bit different and eat it with plan yogurt ( Turkishs eat most of meals with yogurt 😂)

Yeah, it looks delicious! But, here in New Orleans, we do it a whole different way. No rice and beans, but shrimps and crab meat among other things. But that is certainly a different way worth trying. You are a genius! A great cook!

I'm currently eating this. I KNOW his recipe tastes extra good because I didn't have nearly as many as the seasonings and things he used and yet it's still good 😋
I just used what I had at home: beef, brown sugar, a little honey mustard (don't judge me :), brown rice cooked in chicken bullion, rotel tomatoes, onion, garlic, paprika and chili powders, topped with cheese.
Made this for my fiance and it turned out damn good! Plenty of stuffing left over too. Had to tweak it with a jar of salsa in the chicken, then rice, scallions, and tomato bouillon for the rice cooker. Thank you 🙏
