That’s cheap! I live in San Diego and never use heat nor ac and my bill still runs over 200.00 a month! Oh and I’m in a 400 sq ft apartment.
I think your math is off 1.2% of $700000 is $8200.
No place in NA is a great to retire for 90% of the people.
Bought in Lake Chapala, Mexico 2yrs ago, as well as 15k expats that live here. Lol. Property taxes 40 dollars a year lololol, on the lake 😅.
