Great video! Yeah i didnt think New York state had all that! Nice waterfalls!
Thanks! It’s such a spectacular state.
@@TravelDash That's great to hear!!!
If you go to Watkins Glen, definitely check out the nearby Corning Museum of Glass. It's an entire museum dedicated to glasswork. Although it's primarily an art museum, its owner, Corning Glass, is an absolute giant in the industry - they invented both Pyrex and fiber optics.
Did not know about the Finger Lakes and Watkins Glen, but I actually have been to Ithaca, not for waterfalls, but definitely enjoyed the woodsy region and free spirited nature of the town✌🏻😂
As a kid, my family would spend summer weekends going to the various state parks like Watkins Glen, Buttermilk Falls, Filmore Glen for camping. Your perspective is interesting…I think growing up close to the Finger Lakes I’ve always taken the area for granted.
It’s an amazing area!
I loved walking Watkins Glen and that is what got me addicted to going to other water falls. Others with me had issues walking so you do have to consider which exit you go to.
Oh falls in falls is beautiful with the color change. Another experience to enjoy.
Love your video as always.
@@sheridayton8 That’s so cool that you’ve gotten to visit Aunt Sheri!
Great video. In particular, Watkins Glen looks amazing.
@@bbushman4fitness It’s absolutely ridiculous how beautiful a place it is.
On the same trip through Scouting to Greek Peak, we went to Taughannock-although I kind of forgot about it/where it was
That thumbnail is gorgeous
:)
@@billcook4768 Thanks so much! :)
If you go back make sure to do Robert Treman next time- that’s my number 1 out of all parks in the finger lakes area
I would’ve loved to visit that one, but with our time constraints, it unfortunately wasn’t possible :(
@ it will be waiting another time!
You're pronouncing Taughannock incorrectly. It's Tah-gan-ick. Ithaca is my hometown.
