Been to Chesler Park. One of my all-time favorite day hikes with it's very narrow rock fractures trail section.

That’s so interesting how these hoodoos came to be and I’m happy that Arizona could receive recognition for Chiricahua being a new National Park🌋 I will say you two picked a great time to visit and hike since even though I was really little, I still vaguely remember the summers used to be super hot and the winters were more tolerable😃🌵 And still to this day family that live in Arizona say this is still true.

You are getting me into going into National Parks!

The large turtle you encountered at Shark Valley was not a snapping turtle, but rather a Florida softshell turtle (Apalone ferox).

You need your aunt in winter to enjoy snow if you thought that was cold in Arcadia. Love your video. Nice.

Unfortunately, for me in the late summer of 2024, I would say 75% of the part was closed to road work. So, really the only area I got to be in was with the fruit trees and the historic district. Not enough on it's own to be national park worthy.

Nice video! It was definitely super unexpected to hear of a return to Arizona🌵Way to go Evan for saving the day. The reptiles definitely reminded me of all the husbandry work I used to do with them🐢🦎🐍 The most interesting and unique patient I could compare the Gila Monster to was a 5 lined skink, he didn’t like to be held for his bath😂😂But now I kinda miss the reptiles

I have been to many national parks. I live 10 miles away from the CVNP. I have been hiking in this park since 1988. I do not understand why this is a National park Perhaps some politician was paid to have it declared a National park. The Cleveland Metro parks are just as nice and have not been declared National parks. But overall it is a very nice park.

I have almost this same itinerary planned for this May but in reverse. Curious about how long it took from the first stop to the last?

Looks like there are still some S-tier parks for you to visit. If you are in Colorado, be sure to visit Mesa Verde. It’s not the most well-known, but the views are great and the tribal ruins are like nothing I’ve seen before.

Great as always. If we ever get to America the national parks are probably what we would want to focus on.

Good video and these hikes look a bit complicated with all the ladders and intricate rock work🍁👍🏻A friend of mine and I have been talking about bouldering for a while now and he loves it, however I’m so busy with other commitments, but would still like to try rock climbing again⬆️💪🏻🪨

I actually to a point Like Terrapin Point better in recent years early morning on Sunny mornings will give the Canadian Side and run for there money on Rainbows over Horseshoe Falls and American Falls just found out hard way a east, northeast or southeast wind needs to be present to force the mist to Canadian Side plus early in the morning not much people there i can record time lapse videos and take pictures without the crowds

Any type of East wind will push the mist towards the Canadian Side making Terrapin Point enjoyable took me several times to figure it out lol

Once you do more international trips, it’d be really cool to see a “best national parks in the world” video. There’s some really amazing parks in other countries too, and I’d be curious how they stack up against what we have here!

Both my Mother, and one of my sisters, went on a week's field trip to The Channel Islands when they were in Archeology Classes in College... Both of them said that the foxes have either bad vision, or are oblivious to human presence... This video was very informative and a beautiful watch... Thank you...

It's awesome having the CVNP here. You might only see the Grand Canyon or Redwwods once in life. We can hit the CVNP every day if we want. And it's Ky-auga

Great video! Yeah i thought Sandstone falls was nice too when i went right by it on the Huntington WV to Hinton WV new River Gorge train thats in October. I also liked Kanawha Falls close to Charleston too. I thought the ghost town Thurmond was kind of interesting on the train ride. The train ride costs about $150 from what i remember. I also drove down there one time and went to the overlook you were at just East of the Bridge. I remember walking down a good bit of stairs and up a good bit to get to it. I havent been down there in a long time though. Id love to see Acadia National park! I really enjoyed watching this!

The Cardinal only runs 3 days a week and should run through late morning eastbound and dinner time westbound. The trek through the gorge is a highlight. Other than that, the route is pretty uneventful west of the gorge (Charleston and 2 major cities, but mostly corn until entering Central Time)
