All Stock All Original Civic Si. This car is impossible to find with this mileage in this type of condition. The original owner was a truck driver and really knew how to drive well. Unfortunately he passed away on a vacation in Florida and the Si was sold a year later to me. He had 4 other cars all with super low miles and this one had 170k! Just shows which car he truly loved to drive! His manual sporty blue pocket rocket! And I don't blame him! Such a well designed fun car!
I found this gem on Sunday when I was actually messaging an owner with the same car in the same color but only has 10k miles on it. Little did I know I was about to own one myself! I took off instantly when I found it and took the Monday off school. I had to have it! I mean just watch the video and you'll know why! :)
I bought this car brand new in 1999.. it was a 2000 Si. The most incredible little car performance wise.. rode up to 145mph.. loved every minute I owned it!!!
Had mine for 16 years and still do. And still love it.

this was beautiful. I know in a world of Lamborghini and 350r mustangs being so fast and effective. looking back at old Si like these make me smile more then anything. those bigger cars are the cool kids inside joke but it's the cars like this that say. "your not rich but I'll still be fun make you happy and not break" I guess at the bottom we have our own inside joke too....

this exact car and model is my all-time favorite 6th generation civic.
My first car as junior in high school. It was one year old when an older friend left for army. I foolishly abused it and lost it to a theif. I still have dreams of cherishing it 20 years later.

Had a 2002 as clean and nothing changed in 2015 when a lady pulled out in front of me and totalled my pretty baby, had like 59 k miles. I bought one a month ago, but not the same condition, that is how it goes, mine was absolutely positively ultra mint condition, it was stunning.

I had the exact same car but 1999 with the spoiler, I drove it off the car dealership and I kept it Garaged as a 2nd Car, the 3rd Car and I was saving it for my daughter for College and some troubled individual stole it for me, I work real hard to put him on jail. I actually wanted to give him a beat him but he was not worth my energy. Love to get my hands on one like this. My favorite car ever.

@Lukasz, hi how come there's no rear spoiler when you bought it? I thought all 6th gen civic Si's had factory spoiler that you couldn't get rid of? =(
It was an option from the factory, so it depends on if you ordered it or not. Same goes for the foglights, sunroof visor, mudguards, and rear lip.

It's my life goal to find one of these, unmolested, and in exceptional condition. Sadly, the ones I've come across demand a premium. Last one, Milano Red w/ only 10.5K miles, just sold for $24,995!

just came across this old vid. almost got teary eyed. i used to own the same EBP Si except mine was a ‘99 and with fogs and spoiler. got stolen back in 2004. replaced it with a G35 6MT. sure the G is more powerful, beaaauutiffulll, sounds sexy, but there’s something with that EBP Si that always makes me wonder i wish i still had it.
You’re very right about both your cars. And there’s a reason why these Si’s are rocketing in value and even one sold for $50,000 recently... 🤯😎 much love for the EM1 Si and especially that EBP! You owned a real gem with all the sought after rare options!
I just got this same Civic Si w oem wing too. Will leave it stock exept for Koni yellow shocks ground control springs, front rear speakers and a sub. Maybe tint. Hope you make more vids in the future. Nice whip!
There's that new GS-R you mentioned. But man, you're pretty damn lucky you get to buy and fix all the BEST cars. I haven't seen a 2000 civic si in probably a little over 2 years. I wanted one for a while and eventually gave up. Now I drive a 2010 accord coupe V6-6. Best car I've owned. If I could upload videos like this, I would post it :\
Yes I do consider myself lucky. It was something I always wanted to do and owning all the cars I've always wanted feels great. That's a nice daily driver so nothing to worry about!

It really is. I've seen them with 1/3 of the miles in much worse body/interior/engine condition. I am currently working on finishing up my collection of cars and their videos.
+Lukasz P Here in Canada we have the ex's that are branded as Si with the d16y8 anyways the driver side floor where the seat bolts in usually rots out and inside the gas cover is usually rotted around them rear quarters and inside the fenders all rot so very hard to find a clean car or even an SiR your "Si" definitely love seeing stuff like this and awesome can't wait to see more thanks for the reply also!
Its nice to see people still passionate about the EM1. I still have mine for the past 17 years. Its got about 66,XXX miles on it. Its been boosted since....uh...... holy heck I can't remember. 30,000 mi? I honestly can't remember, I'll have to look at some old pics of when I put it all together.

Thank you! I can but I figured I would keep it original to show justice for the car's condition. It was too little to bother me and the valve cover gasket showed no signs of leaking.

Oh wow i live really close to where you got this car. I can honestly say i have the cleanest black em1 in the kc area, and its a survivor car too. Mine is completly stock under the hood as is the interior too. Wish i could have met up with you before you headed back to your home for a quick photoshoot. I didnt even know this car was right by my house for sale. I hope it went to a good home where no one will stance it out or some other dumbshit.

Yes they really do! Much beefier stance and ride control. The aggressive tires made this car look like a REAL TOY. Boring all seasons were just not cutting it for me and this rare blue gem.

I think the speed is perfect for what the car is and the engine it has. I was always impressed how much faster the Si is compared to the EX! B16 and B18 are flawless super well engineered motors. When treated right they will serve you for so long that's what also great about them.
+Lukasz P so true about its speed being appropriate. These cars are just slow/quick enough to be a very surprising underdog. I had mine for 8 years from 06-14 and raced plenty of higher power cars and held my own enough to get the question "what's done to it?" or on the rare occasion by the real ignorant guys "is that boosted?" Mine was always stock except maybe a header and exhaust. Super fun racing fox bodies, gti's, and type s'. I'd never win but it was almost more fun seeing how close I could keep them knowing how much faster they "should" be.
I will kill to find one like that.

hey bro great video an amazing camera work 👍 can you give your advice about this car ...I am going tomorrow at 8 in the morning to purchase a 2000 Honda civic SI stick shirt 102k original miles an he is the second owner..The runs an drives great an the transmission shifts great the linkages are tight no grinds no pop outs original motor but the only flaw about the car it's a salvage title due to the fact it was stolen in 2007 and that's why they salvaged it..that's what I'm hoping for you to give me some advice about what's a good price for that car with its condition and it being a salvage and would you know what would they sell for if it wasn't a salvage or if it being a salvage how much would I get if I sell it cuz I buy and sell cars if you can help me I'll really appreciate it bro thank you

171,xxx miles?! Thats ALOT! It doesnt show at all, my friend (Evan) has a factory 2000 Si with 68,xxx original miles its super mint!
It does not. Everytime I look at it the body, paint, interior.. I'm truly amazed! By far the highest mileage Si in excellent original condition. The interior literally has the factory smell and crispness to it still. It's a joy to step inside and feel like you are back in 2000! And the paint is so sexy!

When you change the oil to synthetic , there are no leaks from the engine? Usually with high mileage cars I Stick with what the previous owner uses
Synthetic can only help with higher mileage. Definitely no leaks. It's basically the same price when you go buy from the store so why not?
I just did an oil change on my GS 300 with 196k miles, I used Pennzoil Conventional Oil

Just learn stick, it's worth it honestly and it isn't hard at all once you get the hang of it. & I believe the EX model only comes with a D16 anyways which is an engine that's basically weaker than the engine that comes with the Si.
