I completely agree, I was just given this bag by my aunt. at first I was happy to see the padded laptop pocket, but after checking the whole thing out I also think its barely got any pockets in it. I usually need the under neath shoe pocket they have in most Nike and Jordan bags.
I love bag reviews! And everything related to travel 😊 Lately I've become disappointed with the peak design travel backpack. It's weight when empty is too much. And when packing it, it's quite uncomfortable to wear. The straps are not good enough and the buckles don't hold the straps tight all the time. I do like that this bag has the back ventilation. At least something to not make my back sweaty instantly 😉
I hate that you’ve become disappointed with the Peak Design bag. I still love mine. I will agree with you that the bag is a bit heavy when empty. Also, the straps do become loose when you wear the bag for long periods of time. I’ve found it handy to let the straps dangle a little so that as you’re walking, you can tighten them as needed. If your straps are really loose, maybe reach out to the company and see what they suggest?
@@NervousNessie they are a bit in between. They are not too loose, but I adjust them while wearing them. I'm always on the look out for new bags and maybe I'll sell the peak design at some point.

It will definitely hold shoes in the bottom of it, but unfortunately it will get the bag dirty and you’ll have to dig to get to your shoes.

I think anything that has straps you’ll have to adjust with wear and tear.
