My brother has practiced with the Iowa guys before and has experienced the dreaded armpit tie up. DeSanto is not pinching or doing anything illegal. He just has tremendous grip strength and relentlessly holds onto that armpit, the never ending friction is what causes what I call “making peoples armpits bleed.”

They're both in the wrong. One is clawing, one is clubbing. The clubber started clawing by the end in frustration because it seemed like he was the only one getting called on anything. They're both in the wrong, they're both doing things they shouldn't. I always hated wrestling guys like this. If you can't control me in a tie-up without clubbing or digging fingers in and clawing at my skin, then you're clearly out of your League. Someone started doing that stuff too be i never retaliated, I would just let them work themselves to a penalty while I just stay on my gameplan, knowing I'm in his head.
