Smart guy here thanks you just helped me how to change my key lock was catching hell .do more video of these cars . Every body getting into these gbodys
Always wanted to take off the sun burned lower door panels on my 79 Monte for refreshment by melting the surface slightly, which already worked well on other interior plastics, but I was afraid to break the panel. Thanks to your Video, I am now positively motivated to get it done. Thanks for posting 🙏and greetings from Germany.
@@StillStandingGarage I just finished re-working the front panels. Melting did not work, so I sprayed them. Looks so great... Now I want to start with the rear panels below the windows, but cannot figure out how to remove them. Do you know if they are just hold by screws or if there are clips also and if the seat bench has to be taken out first? All I figured out so far, is that the b-pillar cover obviously needs to be removed...
@@frankthetank9346 It's been a while since I've removed them, but I remember removing the bottom part of the seat. The panels should be held on by screws and clips.
Greetings and thanks for this post? Is there a way to move the metal panel in order to change locks, rods, door knob, etc.?? Also, what do you call the bars/rods for replacement purposes?
The metal panel is not removable. Everything is accessible through the holes. It's tight but can be done. As for what the rods are called; I haven't had to replace mine so I have not searched for them. Thank you for watching 👊💯
Thank you for the most informative video on this. All tutorials should be this through. Very, Very Helpful.
I really appreciate it. Thank you for watching 🤝💯

Can you still open the door from the inside
Yes, it's open directly from the latch inside the door.
A bro do you know we're I can buy the bar for exterior door handle
I'm not sure on that one. I would say to try gbodyparts.com.
Need TO SEE HOW HE OPENED UP THE DRIVERSIDE DOOR,WINDOW IS REMOVED ON MY 83 MALIBU 2 LEVERS ARE WORKING ONE IS BROKEN.
There's a lever inside the door where the pin goes in from the door handle.... I push that down to open the door.
So many fucking adds bruh damn
