Brand new Elvis book, Elvis: The Quest for an Oscar, great cover, 536 pages. The book will convince you that Elvis deserves an Oscar for his contributions to the movie industry. The 31 movies that Elvis made always entertained everyone who watched them. Austin Butler will most definitely receive the Oscar for his dynamic performance in “Elvis”. It’s time Hollywood gave Elvis the Oscar he deserves. “Elvis”, the movie you must see, Elvis: The Quest for an Oscar, the book you must read….
@@reReaction_ wrong dude! I was around when Elvis was alive! I have seen him 5 times in concert. The first time was when I was 5 at August 12 1970 in the international hotel in Las Vegas. I saw him also in New York, Hawaii with the concert by satelite on january 14 1973, when I was 10 I had a personal meeting in Dallas. Ant believe me these moments were the best in my life. When he died I was completely devastated. i went to his funeral August 18 1977
+mscommerce Well I was there as kid when he was alive. I saw him for the first time when I was 5 years old and it was the start of being an Elvisfan forever and ever in heart and soul. The first time was at August 12 1970 in international hotel Las Vegas; I saw him 5 times in concert. like in New York Madison square garfen june 10 19772, Honolulu Hawai January 14 1973 known as Aloha from Hawai broadcasted by satelite and got 1,5 billion viewers which was 1/3 of the world population, I had also a personal meeting with him August 12 1975 in Dallas. Believe me all these moments were the best in my life, when he died August 16 1977 I was in shock and completely devastated because I wanted to go to see him on June 20 1977 in Indianapolis which was his last concert and my mom didn'tl let me go because of a schoolexam, I was furious because Elvis meant for me my inspiration and fascination, my best friend and brother and I could not say goodby to him, do you understand what I mean? Even now is Augsut 16 and 18 very very very diffciult days for me. After Elvis I saw also other singers in concert like John Lennon, Tina Turner, Roy Orbison, Jerry Lee Lewis, U2, the simple minds, the stones and they were good but Elvis was something special and far far further beyond. When I was on his concerts and the closing riff was then I heard a voice shouting "Elvis has left the building" and believe me they had to do that because if not we would be still there shouting for Elvis, we the fans were ripping the place apart but really apart, to my opinion Elvis is also the only one who was not scared to mix himself in the crowd for to greet his fans like he did on August 12 1970 in international hotel with the song Love me tender. Believe me his bodyguards peed in their pants when he did that because they were worried that somebody lunatic in the crowd could attact Elvis, you understand what I mean. I'm now 57, and still Elvis is the most important to me, every day I play his music because if I dont do, my day sucks. Elvis = THE GOAT!!!
