As a man of a certain age I found these exercisers really enjoyable although I would have thought them easy I found them really testing all my muscles and great for my stamina. Keep up the great work young lady

Hi Marischa, I love that all your workouts tell how many calories are burned roughly in each workout. Is there any way I can know if I'm closer to burning 250 or 400 calories in this workout? I'm keeping up with you at your same pace, so does that mean I'm burning 400 calories?
Thanks for asking. That's actually quite hard to tell as it also depends on age, bodyweight, fat percentage etc. The only way to get a real close estimation is to use some kind of fitness watch that knows your posture and keeps track of your heart rate. :) Sorry! Marischa
The combination of cardio and weights in a HIIT (low impact) format, works really well. Strength and stamina wrapped up!

I like this, except I had to modify all of the strength portions. I use heavier weights, I needed good form. I had to slow it down.
