- Join me and get a great Full Body workout. We will do all kind of walking exercises with some kind of light weights like dumbbells or water bottles. This will help you maintain and improve your condition, but will also strengthen and tone your body.
This workout includes a warming up and cooling down, but also a short water break halfway through the workout.

Had a great workout, even with 1 kg weights. I actually got out my 3 lbs weights before I started the workout... good thing that you asked us to use 1 kg instead. Definitely didn't need the extra weight as my arms were so tired at the end of the workout. Tks!
