    Love the simplicity of this workout, no prep. (other than the warm up), just getting straight into it. Sweaty, effective and no knee damage :)

    I have tendinitis in my foot/ankle and this was a great option. I was able to get my heart rate up.

    Just did this and sweated a bucket! Why is it that for all knee lifting exercise, I feel the burn in my thigh but not in my abs? What did I do wrong?

      Well done! Hmm that's quite hard to say without seeing you do the exercise.. Did you stand up straight and not bent? Also, it's not that hard for the abs :) Marischa

      That will vary per person probably.. you can always do slighter / less low knee bends and see how it goes.. :) Marischa
