I have tendinitis in my foot/ankle and this was a great option. I was able to get my heart rate up.

Just did this and sweated a bucket! Why is it that for all knee lifting exercise, I feel the burn in my thigh but not in my abs? What did I do wrong?

Those who hv knee problem can they do this
That will vary per person probably.. you can always do slighter / less low knee bends and see how it goes.. :) Marischa
