FINALLY!!!!! An upper body workout video that keeps me off the floor and includes both a warm up and cool down! I've been through so many videos where these trainers get on the floor, I have a bad knee, I can't do that. Thank You!😃

Thoroughly enjoyable. I started with very light weights then used heavier ones (but not very) in the second round when I was well warmed up. Got some cardio too and loved the swing-and-stretch and cool down. Thank you!
Very food! The tricep/knee lift was like patting your head and rubbing your belly at the same time - definitely made the brain work a little! I liked how you combined your exercises, as well. Thanks for a great workout!

Can I request two alternatives of this workout please?? - incorporating some cardio for when I can't combine it with a run to get heart rate up -incorporating a bit of leg warm ups? psoas for when I CAN combine it with a run That way I feel like this workout will tick ALL my boxes!

Your video presentation is also very easy to follow, ❤I truly appreciate. However, just one humble comment for your consideration is that you have (unintentionally) kept saying “come on..come on..come on..” throughout the video 😅. Hope you won’t mind I mentioned that here.
We all know it's important to strengthen the abs, but abs workouts can seem so tedious because of the repetitions. This workout is absolutely not dull, you actually do the work and enjoy it. Recommended!
I did 60 mins of some of her standing abs workouts and boy was I sore the next day 😅 My gut sure went down some tho and I definitely feel more core action
