  • This is the best Baby Quilt Ever. I'm obsessed and I just love how it is designed for it's butt to sit on the binding. This quilt can be enlarged. Apples and Beavers has a few different variations of this quilt on her site. Let me know if you like this quilt.

This is an amazingly intimidating quilt. You did an awesome job on it. Really nice to see you putting it together. That was a lot of pieces. Super small pieces. How on earth did your machine not eat up those small pieces? Do you think you can do an applique tutorial video? Thanks again for sharing your talents.

That quilt is not intimidating. It does have some pieces but they really are not a lot. I'm going to do another one and I'll show the applique better.

@@MACoutureCrafting Thank you! Is there a technique that you use for sewing small pieces together. My machine sucks them in. When I would do flying geese, I would hand the hardest time.

@@tonimcdaniel5388 2 things use a scrap before sewing (a leader) and see fit you can change the plate to a single hole and be sure to have a new needle in. I used to have the same issue until I bought this new machine.

Could you let us know what pressing tool you used to get your seams pressed open? It looked like it worked amazingly! Thanks for the video. Can't wait to make this quilt and your walk through was super helpful!!

You bet! I'm betting it's the wood iron. If you search the notions on my channel it will take you to where you can buy it.

So cute! You did a great job with that! Did you see where Donna R. made a video about pressing seams? Not quite what we wanted, but it was a start. Keep up the great work! 😋

Great hints! I just purchased the pattern , and when I got the booklet I thought wow, this is allot of pieces but after watching your video I am ready! Thanks for taking your time to share. One question what is that tool called you used to open those tiny seams?

I also love this pattern. I was a bit nervous about all the tiny pieces but I cant stop thinking about it so I think its going to go to the top of the list! And I also LOVE grunge!! Can you share where to purchase the swatch card?

I bought the card from either a fabric dealer or Amazon
