I love this especially the symbols but OMG the top stitching on that looks extra, extra tedious! I did decorative stitching on straight line christmas trees and was over it after the first of four placemats so I KNOW I'd quit without finishing. I also love your pieced backing! Beautiful work!
I gave up I didn't have the time. I would do it now but I would have done it prior to stitching it together. The quilting holds it down pretty good.
This fabric is beautiful. I love how you put it together with the African fabric. Made me love it again!

Tic Tac pattern had not appealed to me, but your take on it is fabulous!
I didn't initially love it either but now that I've played with it this might be one of my favorite quilts ever.
