    Hi Andrey - I hope we get to see some more of your plays and racquet reviews.
    I hope you could do a comparative review of Gravity Pro vs. Speed Pro.
    It would also be great to get some more of your competitive play tips.

    You should do more reviews. Very few people who make reviews know how to play. I cant take these ppl seriously when they play like my dad and bring these 10 page essay on a racket.

    Excellent review , congratulations! The thoughts on one handed backhands are missing from the end. What should you look out for in one handed backhands? When you tried to hit harder it went into the net 3-4 times. What should you look for in a good one-handed backhand? By the way, I think the racket is excellent, it will be racket of the year!

    • @andreysmirnov7461
      @andreysmirnov7461  Рік тому +5

      Highly depends on the player. If you have a strong arm, you can look for heavy rackets including this one. But if you struggle with acceleration, then i think rackets such as Vcore 95/98 could be a better option

      Yeah i forgot to summarize it. It was a bit hard to accelerate but it was blocking hard shots very well. I think for one hander this racket will require a very strong arm but overall i think there are better rackets out there for 1 handers

    Good video, how would you compare the potential power if you can swing it well against the vcore pro 97 and the vcore 95?

    • @andreysmirnov7461

    Andrey, Tks for the review. Im realy interested in this racquet.
    Im an agressivo baseliner, good tecnique, full strokes lefty. I’ve played with head mostly, premier, i.prestige mp , prestige classic 600, liquidmetal prestige mid 93 (my fav) and than graphene prestige mp (liked it but felt like a heavier radical, lost attacking power). Recently using the 2021 prestige tour, but it feels heavy and hard to manuever, prob because of the 5 points HL in a high SW frame, too demanding. Looking for an easier frame with good feel and precision. Im 36 now, would you recomend me the GP or blade 18x20?

    • @andreysmirnov7461
      @andreysmirnov7461  10 місяців тому +3

      Forget all of those. Try Head Gravity Pro that Rublev and Zcerev play with. Best racket on the market for baselines and what im using right now

    Андрей, привет! Классный канал и уровень игры, только сейчас на него набрёл. Отдал стрингеру на натяжку Gravity Pro - он сказал, что ему не доставляет страданий её тянуть - на 3 движения больше, чем с 16x19 :)
    Как думаешь, для средних любителей NTRP 3.5 или 4.0 она слишком требовательная?
    Я её купил, потешить свое эго, она похожа на олдскульные мягкие Prestige и Pro Tour 630. Но когда играть 5 сетов за вечер, она становится слишком тяжелой, даже с неплохой физ. подготовкой. Т.е. она больше для игроков со спортивным теннисным бэкграундом, а не для любителей?

  • @vecuivious
    @vecuivious Рік тому +1

    Quick question. Your serve is extremely refined and such a weapon. I'm finding that when I go from service games or just different days, I tend to lose my grip. I either change from holding it closer to the base, more choked up, higher trigger finger, lower trigger finger, etc. How do you find your grip on a given day after a long break?

    Great review. How was it for flat, kick and slice serve? Also how was it for single handed backhand? Is there drag on single handed backhand?

    • @andreysmirnov7461
      @andreysmirnov7461  Рік тому +4

      Flat serve its simply a joy. Feels like a hammer hitting nails, easily picked up 15mph on my serve if not more. Second serves are no different that my yonex or other rackets, just a differet feel. Kick is a bit tougher but if you are advanced player should be no problem or you can put spin focused string on mains

    • @sundaramirtanandha7058
      @sundaramirtanandha7058 Рік тому

      @@andreysmirnov7461 Thank you for clarification. Single handers normally find bigger head sizes harder to handle, did you find that?

    • @andreysmirnov7461
      @andreysmirnov7461  Рік тому +6

      @@sundaramirtanandha7058 well i would challenge the statement about head size for 1 handers. There are 2 types of one handers - players that have been doing that all their life and are playing on high level or people who started playing as a hobby. First ones usually want something heavy but something that is easy to accelerate (think Shapovalov who used to play with 95). Second types usually need a racket that is easy to use on 1 hander and is comfortable. Head Gravity is extremely comfortable racket but for 1 handers its a bit hard to accelerate. So if you try it and find that you can still generate racket speed then it could be a good option especially if your backhand is attacking type where you can smack a semi flat shot down the line (also slice feels amazing with this racket). If your backhand is more like high topspin and move opponent around then i think some of the offerings from Yonex might be better like VCORE 95 or 98

    • @andreysmirnov7461
      @andreysmirnov7461  Рік тому +1

      Well i personally dont think rpm blast is a good string nor i think it will work on this racket. But if thats your string of choice i would say at least 3-5lbs less than what you used to put on an open string bed racket but i would not go below 46-47lbs

    Agree that it’s easy to keep balls in. You have to concentrate on hitting a consistent deep ball otherwise I tend to hit short balls that can be used against me. I too fell in love at first hit and made the switch from Boom Pro and Blade 98. The feel on contact is amazingly smooth and stable. And doesn’t feel like a 330 swing weight. She’s a keeper.
