- How to build a swimming pool?
Follow Nicole as she builds a swimming pool in her backyard. Episode 9.
The handywoman lives in the Netherlands, in Amsterdam-Duivendrecht.
In this episode of the video serie you can see how Nicole is pouring border tiles for our swimming pool.
You can follow the entire process of building the plunge, a small swimming pool. And maybe you also get inspiration for: Build your own swimming pool.

My respect for Nicole is through the roof. The thought of having to repeat this process 24 times with the same level of passion, consistency and quality standard. Inspiring.
Nicole is an ABSOLUTE GEM 💎 and as a stubborn but crafty woman she inspires me to make my cement tiles that I want too 😅
wow that's great, just a suggestion if you sprayed some liquid soap mixed with water on the tile template you wouldn't have to dismantle the sides, just a quick tap would do the trick to remove the tile from the form.
This is amazing! I'm thinking of doing tiles like this, but using them for a incline pathway.
Nicole, you are my inspiration. You go girl!!
Nicole rocks! This is very inspiring.
I am a firm believer in my own ability to create and build whatever I desire.
This is really inspiring. Is it important that you use a certain brand of adhesive foil?
06:09 is that not a child jumping in to the pool which is already surrounded by these pool tiles? or have I skipped a video?
great work, did you put any additive to make anti-water ?
This is very helpful .Thanks for the video.
Nicole, you are me inspiration. Beatiful women!!! Thanks!!!
What kind of woof did you use? What sealer did you use? Was that contact paper?
Great video, thanks. Only I am wondering if for the swimming pool you don't really want to make them extra smooth?
They are probably still somewhat gritty with the gravel and sand. I know my husband adds sand to walkways to make them slip resistant. They are smooth but gritty enough that when they are wet you don’t slide much.
Why you didn’t add marble powder ? Marble power used in cement tile to make it shine
Muito. Legal. Seu. Trabalho. acompanhei passo. A. Passo. Parabéns
Está claro que está 😜👍🏾 sí que es una mujer decidida a cumplir cualquier reto 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽✌🏾
What is cost of your pool more or less
Adding sodium silicate will water proof tiles.
Yay! Great work Nicole! Can't wait to see the finished product.
Thx!
Hey. You waiting for 24 hours did you put any water? Please can write all things you use am still learning.
Hi! Very cool projects! Inspiring. Is it cold in your area in winter? (How low the temperature is?) How your tiles hold up after winter?
Thank you! The coldest it gets is around minus 20, but that is very rare. During winter it swings between plus 5 and minus 5. This winter we had a couple of days with more severe frost and snow. The tiles hold up great (after three years). They are also still white (after cleaning with high pressure hose). One cornerstone has come loose from the underneath cement, but the tile itself is still intact.
Those subtitles :D then she breaths air to keep being alive, we can see most of what was written ...
:-)
Very good tiles ;)
that's cool
Wow i take my hat off for you
Hi, could you add the subtitles better in Spanish?
