This team of craftsman are very skilled and creative, but I wish they would wear masks and eye protections, because of the dust particles getting into their lungs and eyes and eventually causing eye injuries, and respiratory complications.
Therefore, safety should always factor into their daily work so they can be around to enjoy what they have been blessed to create and teach those skills to future generations.

Magnificent work by skilled workers with the most basic equipment in terrible working conditions. They should all be rewarded with recognition and MONEY.
They make works of art fit for kings and queens!! Marvelous!! I mean look at the work space, no fancy tools, no fancy benches or hightech robots just their, hands and knowledge and there they are making beauty out of nothing like magicians. I love it so much
