Just a quick note. Whenever you are grinding glass you are making silica dust. If you inhale it you risk getting Silicosis. Wear a goood mask and do it with wet sanders only and outdoors.

Is there a way to create the same effect but use a concrete form mold?
We already did this when you grinding the glass pease come out
How would it work if you used the plastic grid support on top of the glass before you put concrete in? Would it stop the glass pieces moving when putting in the concrete ? Would it still stabilise it?
I was wondering the same thing. Or a sticky base to hold them still while pouring.
There would probably be voids in the piece when it was finished if the concrete didn’t seep through it completely
be warned, when working with glass, always remember to use proper protective clothing, safety glasses, apron, glass splinter proof gloves and face mask to protect from airborne glass dust

i'll take the store windows of to make this table
they make sifts for sizing stuff like sand or gravel theose can be used for sizing glass too , makes it eazy to sift out the fine glass you cannot use
allso dont expect the glass to stay in plce when pooring the concrete over it unless you glue it to the form
Can you use it in baths? Or not water proof?
You would need to first put waterproof tape, nets, apply coat of waterproof solution, dry and then instead of tiles you pour concrete

What gloves are you using when you pick up the pieces of crushed glass?
It's just general-purpose gloves, get some rubberized general-purpose gloves, glass shards might get stuck in fabric gloves

I am German like you and you need to learn when speaking English to soften the th and your s's. It's not a grinder it's sander. A grinder is a totally different tool.
